My co-workers and I have been super loyal customers to Ahmos, ordering at least 1 – 2 times a week for months. I will say that there food is great! Although lately… every time we order, whether by online or phone… they either mess something up by forgetting it or making it wrong. One person, maybe the owner, seemed to really care that they forgot an item, and personally brought it and added a cookie. But several times before that, the person on the phone didn’t seem to care. One time I ordered on their website and received an email confirmation. But it never showed up. When I called and asked about it I got a «we didn’t get it» response. No apology. No comment about how they would get it to us quickly, nothing. By the time we got it, our lunch hour was over. Today, after talking to them on the phone, they sent us 2 half salads, instead of full salads and we called right away… took them 40 mins to bring us 2 additional half salads and again… our lunch was over. It is disappointing to all of us because we really liked the food, but when you are constantly messing it up, it isn’t worth it. Maybe you will have better luck going in a ordering face to face.

Good good place. Probably the best out of all of them. I usually get the chicken tenders and when I’m not it’ll be a Gyro. Good food and cool people. The only thing I would change up is probably the fries. Other than that everything is pretty good.

Gentleman behind the counter was super friendly. Went out of his way to make kids comfortable, and offered a cookie! He saw I had my hands full and brought out the food, as well as taking the tray away when we were finished. Food was ok, the fifth star is for the service.

I stopped here for lunch and was really surprised! I picked up a Ahmos special. Probably one of the best gyros Ive had in a long time. It was very well put together and delicious! I did wish it had a bit more sauce. but since it was great anyway not a big deal. The best and crispest fries I think Ive ever had. All the staff was friendly and patient. I can’t wait to come back!

I had a chicken gyro and chili cheese fries. The gyro was very dry and it seemed they very sparingly added yoghurt sauce. I asked for more, but the chicken itself just seemed to have been cooked a few days ago. The fries were just greasy and soggy. Probably won’t be back anytime soon.

Ahmo’s was always my go-to take out place, but it has been so hit or miss over the last year. Lentil soup is great(on a good day), falafel is awesome(if they don’t burn it), grape leaves are one of my favorites(if they decide to make any that week).

This is a great place Mediterranean food! The AHmo Grinder is A1! Delicious, fresh, and somewhat fast food! I would suggest if you are in a hurry call ahead! But nice small place. You can eat in you’d like! I will suggest this spot to anyone!

I have always had a good experience whenever I go to eat at Ahmo’s. The falafel is amazing. I love the fatoush! I tried the jalapeño poppers today and the were really good. The baklava is one of the best. The service is almost always good. I recommend this place to people who like middle eastern food, and not spend a lot of money!

sub-par, substandard, no subs blah, not bad if you want low grade commercial ‘greek’ food for a price that would require much more elsewhere never again

Came in here real quick for a bite to eat a few weekends ago. The space is clean and comfortable enough for a fast food joint. There were a few TVs on the walls tuned into basketball which accommodated any sports lovers that may pop in. The staff was nice and helpful when I was looking for a wifi password(I had finished my last book on my kindle and NEEDED to download the sequel that very instant! So score for the wifi) and it was, indeed, fast. I ordered the chicken gyro and a side of french fries. Now these fries. I really dug em. They were kind of breaded and had a great crunch and I’ve been craving them ever since. The gyro, in all honesty, did not impress me much. The chicken was a bit dry and I was hoping for a bit more garlic bite in the garlic sauce(but I like my garlic sauce REALLY garlicky). I was impressed by the rest of the menu and the smoothie options so I know I’ll be back and willing to give something else on the menu another try. Pretty good, I say, for a first round visit. Hoping it only goes up from here!

This was the Ahmo’s where I first tried their smoothies. Ever since then, I’ve had intermittent cravings for that sweet nectar of Gods. They mix and match flavors in whatever which way you like. I got something fried for a snack lack mushrooms or something which were just okay to kind of gross.

Great gyros, generous salad and priced great. The menu is slightly confusing but with some clarification I was good to go. My BF is Greek so we are constantly trying different gyro places, plus I travel for work so I get to sample what the US has to offer. Very good lunch spot

Finally had their gyros… went with their original and man, I missed gyro… the cucumber sauce was creamy and made the whole thing perfect! I used the clipper magazine coupon and for three I only paid like $ 13. One was enough to fill me up! I would recommend that you dine in, if you can… while the gyros was still warm when I got home, I’m sure it tastes a lot better fresh out of the kitchen! Their falafel was awesome as well… ordered 12 as side items, the outside was crisp and inside was moist and excellent! Dip that in the humus and man, you have a happy combo and your mouth will thank you!

Parking here can be tricky at peak times like 6 – 7(dinner time). I love to call my order in, skip over to Aldi’s for chips/junk food, and book it on home for Wheel of Fortune. Ahmos’ has really tasty gyros: the pita is soft, meat is tender, veggies are crisp, white sauce is tasty. The place is reminiscent of the«street meat» carts in NYC. OMG the gyros in New York at to die for… and Ahmos is a nice reminder of home. Find their coupons in the Clipper Magazine($ 1 off or 3 gyros for $ 12)

I have to say that Ahmo’s is becoming my favorite restaurant in A2. The food is consistently hot, good and cooked perfectly. Our favorite combo is the gyco, no onion and a half greek salad. The french fries are crunchy on the outside and seasoned perfectly, no salt or ketchup needed. We always run in, grab some food and take it home to eat. Usually hubby runs in but tonight I had the responsibility and so I learned they have a complete ice cream shop inside! Ice cream, malts, shakes, blizzard type ice cream, etc. Added bonus to an already great place.

Ahmos = Ahmazing They have a great menu selection and even a dairy bar(so leave room). I had a ‘Feisty Gyro Combo’ and it was quite tasty. The fries are especially delicious because they have a nice crunchy crust around them. In addition to all the above they also have wireless internet and outdoor seating. All in all a nice little spot with a very friendly staff.

Ahmo’s…whether here at the Dexter-Ann Arbor location or elsewhere in Washtenaw is great. First, their lentil soup is very good. A bowl of that with the pita bread served on the side is more than enough to satisfy. Gyro’s are good. Lots of meat. Always served up fresh. Though I try to stay away from the fries, I have to admit that the fries here that are served up in the combinations, are really, really good. A small order of hummus is plenty for 3 – 4 people as you wait for you order. Taboule is tops.

Ohhhhhhh, Ahmos… I heart you. Seriously delicious good eats for those of us who reside on the West side of AA. Their takeout is such a snap(we tend to order online) and the food never fails to please! I’m a huge fan of their«hummus with meat plate», which not only comes with their amazing hummus and well-prepared meat, but also comes with their amazing rice and salad. I highly recommend the Ahmo’s salad — it’s stellar! Their fries are amazing as well. Crispy, crunchy, and often a special treat that my fiancé and I crave.
