Nick at Middleton’s has been beyond great. We are furnishing a cabin, and he gave us sales prices on virtually everything we were buying, and threw in the throw pillows I wanted for the couch, and a bed frame for free. He was very helpful, helping us find furniture that fit our style and budget. We also had to push out delivery a few times, with escrow pushing out and they have been only been beyond gracious. Such a great local business.

We love this place. Over the years we’ve had to buy mattresses, appliances, TVs and their service is spot on, prices are very fair and competitive and they are helpful and friendly. The furniture is not my cup of tea but we didn’t use the store for that purpose and when we’ve needed something they are there. At one point we needed to buy a dishwasher for another home in the northern part of the state. It was a product they didn’t offer (½ size dishwasher) and a region they don’t serve. Still, they referred us to their equivalent in the region, gave us the name of the proprietor and said to use their name. Voila! We now have a much needed and reliable resource of the same kind in another part of the state. Middleton’s is fantastic. Their team awesome.

I went to this store because my refrigerator suddenly stopped working. That meant that I had to buy a new refrigerator very soon, or else my food would spoil. Not only did they have the perfect refrigerator but it was on sale too. Within 1 hour of my purchase they were already delivering my new refrigerator. They easily took away my old refrigerator and did all the hookup and demonstration of my new one. I very extremely impressed. On top of that none of my food spoiled.

Went to visit your Hallmark Shop today and the salesgirl was one of the rudiest I have ever come across. I was going to purchase an adorable peg board, but didn’t realize all the extras that were attached to it COST extra. After shopping around the store I told the clerk I would pass on purchasing the board. She got very upset and threw the board to the chair and grunted FINE… well thank you but that is just plain RUDE… and I am a very good customer of this store and will NEVER come in again… She needs a lesson on customer service… Remember you are in Angles Camp not Boston…

Ah Middleton’s. If you are from Calaveras County (like moi) you have probably been to Middleton’s. My parents have purchased appliances and electronics equipment here over the years. When you live in such a small community in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, not many department stores will provide home delivery. Very frustrating!
Luckily Middleton’s is there to save the day! Prices are competitive with larger specialty stores in the valley plus they offer delivery. Definitely a must when you are purchasing a new washing machine and dryer!
