I went here for a 6am All You Can Barre class and being 20 degrees outside, I was less than excited to try this studio and already threatening«if I got up in 20 degree weather for a bad class I’m gonna flip!»(I’m nasty before my first coffee). The only thing that flipped was my bad attitude. Within 30 seconds I was already being challeneged. I knew this class was going to kick my butt and it did. Hurt so good. The instructor was excellent, full of energy and did her best as(rude) people walked in late(my only complaint/suggestion: this is distracting! doors should close promptly at class time). I felt bad the instructor had to keep running to set up mats for late folks, but whatever, I digress. Not even 24 hours later and I’m already sore. It was a great workout and I can’t wait to try more classes. Note: This place isn’t GPS friendly, or, I imagine, parking friendly later on. I didnt have issues parking at 6am, but I bet it could get tricky later in the day.

I love love this barre studio and I cannot say enough good things. I started going to this studio after I found a groupon and I am hooked. I always feel like I got an amazing workout. Everyone working there is so friendly, helpful and upbeat. The instructors really push you and you leave feeling confident and energized, having completed exercises that you never thought you could accomplish. I have seem big changes in my body after only a few classes. Location is tricky, it is a bit tucked away on a side street of Andover on the second floor. Some on street parking but lots of paid lots($ 1 for an hour or so) nearby.
