Holiday Inn Anderson

The hotel is nice enough, the rooms are very nice size for a Holiday Inn, the bed was comfortable. The one negative we found, which we consider a major detraction, was the bathroom was dirty. There was hair in therather dirty bathtub when we checked in, the sink was not cleaned properly. The nighttables next to the bed were covered in grease and dirt and appeared as though they had not been properly cleaned in some time. Once in the room, we didn’t want to take the time to move to another room, as we figured that would be no better, so we spent 15 – 20 minutes cleaning the room ourselves.
Otherwise, the hotel is well situated, with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. It is a shame the management doesn’t get on their cleaning staff and verify the condition of the rooms regularly.

Had a great stay for Valentine’s day. Place was immaculately clean, really up to date décor and friendly staff. I wish the restaurant was open longer than 6 – 9, though. other than that, everything was great.

GREAT hotel. Clean and welcoming. Great decorations and newly renovated. Perfect for quick access to Clemson University.

I can’t thank the management and staff enough for the extraordinarily professional, thoughtful, and caring service and support everyone provided for my family during our reunion last week. Everyone ranted and raved about their experience which, in our seven years of reunions, was the absolute best by far. I’ve never heard so many compliments about the reunion hotel in all the years we’ve held our reunion.
Each encounter with every staff member throughout the four days of events was stellar. The facilities were immaculate. The food was scrumptious from the reception to the restaurant.
They even loved the locale since «everything we want[ed] is right here on one street» as one family member put it, «it couldn’t have been better and easier!» They loved the shopping in the area, and the ability to walk to many popular restaurants.
As you might imagine, hosting a family reunion is a daunting task even when things go well. I am grateful that I never had a concern about the hotel — which was a huge relief and comfort. Although we had mishaps during our reunion, none were the fault of the hotel in any way.
I hope to work with them again for other such occasions and definitely recommend the Holiday Inn on Clemson Boulevard in Anderson, SC to anyone visiting the area and for events.

I like this holiday inn: it gives me a warm feeling. I like the stones installed on the outside. This hotel is close to many restaurants and to Anderson’s downtown.

Clean, comfortable and friendly… good value

Very nice staff and facilities. Major renovation recently. Many food choices nearby. Will return.

This is a REALLY nice HiX. Very friendly staff, comfy rooms, one of my favorite holiday inns. I will definitely be staying here again when I’m in the area

Very clean and the décor is fantastic. This holiday inn has a bar and food available into the evening. The staff is very nice especially «Kim» she is very professional I would certainly recommend the holiday inn Anderson

After having stayed at the La Quinta down the street this place was great!
6 of us from work were staying here for a week. We check in at this very nicely decorated lobby. Our rooms looked amazing, very cozy beds, granite counter tops, etc.
1 night we wanted to watch the Bears game down in the lobby. We asked the front desk lady if it was ok if we ordered pizza and ate it down there in this little room that had a big table and tv in it. We could! We ordered loads of pizza and had a great time there.
There are free cookies as well! Woo Hooo!
