Best Cooking Store I’ve been too!!! The owners are very kind, helpful, & knowledgable! This last weekend i attended a Pressure cooking class here, with my girlfriend, & it was very informative on how to cook healthy & fast meals.

If you haven’t been here yet it’s worth your time. I’ve been in the food business for a lot of years and the owners take a lot of time and thought in stocking their store with top of the line items that you can’t find many other places. You’re always going to pay for quality and their prices are right in line with other stores in the same market. If your looking for something over the top make sure you stop in and check them out.

A little small, but big in variety. I bought a Deal from KTUU, and did a little shopping here. I ended up spending a long time perusing all the gadgets. They have something for everyone, and I ended up walking away with a springform pan that I had been looking for.
You will definitely find something you can’t live without in this cute shop.

The new «Habitat» store in South Anchorage is very… sweet. I’m always a fan of local businesses, especially the family owned types. The ambiance and décor is wonderful but the selection is very limited. Zuchinni Cooking Store (cute name by the way!) has some very cool gadgets, but they carry every gadget in every. single. color. possible.
Normally I would applaud color selection (I mean really, who doesn’t want a hot pink scale?) but being that it’s such a small store and a new start up business I’m worried that they don’t have enough inventory to make a profit. It’s also very pricey, but they do carry things you won’t easily find in Alaska. Like a European «Kuerig» that makes killer espresso shots… I’m a coffee snob and let me tell you… they are amazing.
Very high end, and very colorful. but not much to choose from.
Def worth a visit at least once
