Bad customer service in my experience. I needed to send a small parcel but the post office was closed. I walked into UPS knowing that they carry USPS flat rate envelopes based on their sign out front. The young clerk filled out everything based on my info and the then total came to twice the price of a flat rate from UPS. The attitude I got from the clerk after telling her I didn’t expect such a huge price increase was unnecessary. I’m not stupid but I sure was made to feel like it. Of course I know you’re not USPS, I came in acknowledging your sign saying you also shipped them. Perhaps letting customers know there’s a steep price increase beforehand is a good idea, and then maybe you wouldn’t have to give attitude once they change their minds.
