One Hour Fireweed Dry Cleaning

For some reason dry cleaners always scare me. (I know, I am weird). I will put off going in until I have to.
This one seems OK. Dropping off and picking up — both times the people were nice. I got my items in a timely manner and the price was not too bad.
Of course I managed to lose my pickup ticket in less than two days. It was absolutely no problem here though.
If you absolutely have to go — this is a nice place.

Best dry cleaning service in town. Tamika is super friendly at the front and they take excellent care of my clothes. Their service is fast and very reasonably priced. $ 15 for a pair of slacks and a blazer.

Great service ver professional staff recently had a mistake occur but was quickly made better and received a phone call from owner to assure and apologize everything would get resolved. Not many businesses these days go above and beyond to make sure customers are felt like their business is appreciated. Definitely recommend this business

I was very pleased with ALL the service I received. The clothes was put on hangers and tied together on top keeping everything secure. My sons tux was tailored perfect .
Will defiantly be coming back.

So I have indifferent and negative views of this place and company. I started taking my laundry to the branch located on Abbott Road and switch to the main one on Fireweed because i had a horrible experience. The receptionist at the branch located on Abbott Road was extremely rude to me not once, but 8 times (yes I counted) until I told her how rude she was, made her apologize and then I switched to the cleaners on fireweed.
So far, it has been super annoying dealing with these folks. I am the type of customer that pays at the time of drop off… and the mountain of issues that I have encountered just to get that simple task done has been a b****. They have to «log“every item in… but it takes them 18 minutes for 10 shirts to wash… all the while I’m sitting there like «…kill me»
AT LEAST if all if this was done without making me feel like an annoying customer I would continue coming back… but I have dropped my last load of laundry with them today and I’ll be moving on to other dry cleaners.
Word of Advice to this business: DON’T YOU EVER assume that you’re the best in town, or that your doo doo don’t stink. There are five dry cleaners just like you that provide excellent customer service at a cheaper price. What do you have to offer? Because so far, you’ve damaged two of my shirts… plus treated me like crap… and now like an annoying customer. You guys suck monkey butt.

The tux shirt we took there now has grease on the shoulder. It was also not pressed very well. I will never go here again.

Friendly staff and service, always quick and professional. I take all of my dry cleaning here, they do a wonderful job. These guys rock!
