I called yesterday because my stupid Maytag is on the fritz again. The lady who answered was very courteous and friendly as always. I had been their customer before (hence this preemptive review) and Johnny fixed the washing machine last time and did great… not his fault the damn thing is poorly made. I’m pretty sure tomorrow will go smoothly as the last visit did 5 months or so ago so I thought I’d review now.
As a stay at home mom with a young child, security is important to me. At no time did I ever feel like I was in danger or felt unsafe around Johnny. He is professional and friendly and knows his stuff! Would recommend to anyone having appliance issues!
