Never have a bad experience here. Service is always friendly and welcoming. My drinks always come out great, even with all my dumb requests. They always answers my questions even though I’m in the drive thru line. I’ve never ever stepped foot inside and could not for the life of me tell you the layout but I take the drive thru here all the time, on my way to work or on my way home from work and it’s a great location right off the 5 freeway. With so many stops here, you would think I’d have one not so good experience but every visit is always great. Thank you Starbucks team !

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. This is terrible. Unbelievable. I will never ever come to this location again. I also chopped my gold card in half and deleted the iPhone app. I’d rather go to another franchise. No wonder the stock is in the toilet.

Tried the ordering online option and was incredibly disappointed. All I ordered was blueberry oatmeal and 5 orders came out before mine. I asked the barista about my order and she rudely told me in the future to just ask for it. She then just handed me the oatmeal cup without the toppings or silverware and walked away so I had to ask her again for the rest of my order. Not a good experience, thankfully I don’t live here so I doubt I’ll be back to this location.

I love love LOOOOOOVE this location. I love the fact that it’s by the 5 fwy, I love the fact that it’s a drive thru, and I love the fact that the workers here are always so nice! It’s such a happy place that sometimes people have «paid it forward» and paid for my drinks in the drive thru line.
I usually get the iced green tea lemonade and it’s always made to perfection everyone I get it. The iced Carmel macchiato is made consistently perfect as well. Their bacon and gouda sandwich is always toasted and fresh. I also get the double smoked bacon sandwich. It’s absolutely delish!

This Starbucks is always out of products. They have been out of French Roast NUMEROUS times and now cinnamon dolce syrup. Seriously, isn’t this their business? Coffee? Come on, guys, get your act together!

My favorite store to go on the weekends. Super quick and friendly staff! Always get my drinks correct.

What was once the fastest drive thru, has easily become the sloooooest. They got new employees, who are learning the ropes, and this has definitely slowed them down.

I came by this Starbucks just to get some studying done and to also grab a bite to eat. Despite the small parking lot, the Starbucks was quite roomy.
I ordered a latte and a breakfast sandwich and then found a seat to settle in. My latte was made fairly quickly and i was waiting for my sandwich. But after waiting 15 minutes the sandwich never came. I checked in with the barista and turns out the sandwich was completely forgotten!
At this point I was quite unhappy and wanted to write a bad review but when the sandwich was ready, the barista apologized and also offered me a gift card to compensate for the forgotten sandwich. I was quite happy that the service here is a lot better than other locations.

So I ordered my drink after I was running late to work & left drive thru with THIS! I called to tell them what happened to my drink (In The Picture) & the guy that answered answered me with okay and what do you want us to do? Really??? That’s the response I get?

I haven’t posted a review for a Starbucks in a while, but just to get some things off my chest, I really wasn’t impressed with yesterday’s experience. First off, I ordered a gingerbread latte with a shot of peppermint, half & half (or as they call it, «Breve»), and NO whipped cream — and you know what they did??? They put WHIPPED CREAM inside my coffee! I was like, «Really? REALLY??» Are they deaf or something? Oh, and it gets worse: I also ordered a reduced-​fat cinnamon swirl coffee cake, and the barista told me that they were out of it, so I was hoping that they could give me a refund for the coffee cake, but no, they actually gave me a complimentary coffee cake along with my $ 1.75 glazed donut.
Okay, maybe I could let the (complimentary) coffee cake slide, but if something like this happens again, I’ll have to give SB a piece of my mind. So one star taken off for putting the whipped cream inside my non-​whipped cream latte and another ½ star taken off for my non-​refundable coffee cake.

This is the closest drive thru Starbucks to my house so when I need to do a coffee run with my pup this is where we go. Unfortunately there’s usually a long line at the drive thru and it tends to move slowly so I’d suggest trying going inside if you come here & you’re in a rush. Even more unfortunately, the coffee here is hot & miss. Sometimes my soy latte is perfect & other times, the coffee is burnt and the latte is gross and a waste of cash. Since I’ve usually driven away before tasting, I don’t bother to go back & ask them to redo it either. I probably wouldn’t even come here anymore if it wasn’t the closest drive thru to my house… so convenience/​laziness wins

I stopped in at this Starbucks for a tea and a salted pecan concoction. I forgot what the concoction was called, but it was quite tasty — salty and sweet at the same time. Score. The service was efficient, and the lady behind the counter was pleasant. It wasn’t very busy when I arrived. The Starbucks is located in a shopping center so I was able to find ample parking.
There lighted case appeared to be well lit and well stocked. I had a lot of items to choose from.
I used a Groupon on my phone to pay for my Starbucks treat and there wasn’t an issue. It appears that I wasn’t the only person using their phone to pay for coffee. So, this Starbucks is tech savvy. Since I was in the store I logged onto the free wifi effortlessly with my phone. No need to use up my phone data.
Oveall, I had a good experience. Just didn’t have an exceptional experience so I didn’t give four stars.

The service I got here was so so terrible. But I’m only complaining about one guy in particular. Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name but he was black with short black hair and beard. He originally took my first order and acted like he was in a hurry, and I was the only one in line. Walked away mid order and disappeared and came back with no apology or «sorry be right back» just left me there. I’m here studying and I’m part of the rewards program that if you stay in and your a gold member or whatever color member you can get a refill on teas and a certain coffee REGARDLESS of your first drink. Which is awesome and I’ve never had an issue at any other Starbucks. I go back up there and again, he doesn’t seem to want to do his job and help me, and I said I’d like to get a passion fruit tea refill. And he looks at me like im crazy and says we don’t do that, and walks away. I’m like wait … Yes you do. and he gave me attitude and told me that it has to be that drink that you ordered first but since I got a refresher I couldn’t get that refill. and I calmly told him it’s never been a problem and it’s even on their website. And he says «you’re wrong. we can’t do that. It’s not on our website. I’ve worked here for 10 years I would know». So I laugh and go okay, I’ll pull it up for you to read. WELL what do you know, it’s on the website. I go back up and he slams a clipboard in front of me where the EXACT same paragraph is on there and it’s highlighted. And he mockingly reads it to me. Then I turn it around for him and say YES REGARLESS OF ORIGINAL DRINK… thanks! And he mumbles… Yeah okay I’ll do it for you this time. And I said, well if that’s not the company policy MAYBE you should have them take it off the clipboard and Starbucks website? I mean come on… Why are you going to argue with me, and then be an ass because I proved you wrong? Instead apologize, and just say you weren’t aware! Then I had to watch them make my drink because he whispered something in the girl’s ear when giving her my cup and I’m always paranoid that jerks like him are going to do something to my drink because I challenged him on his own work policy something he should have known or at least checked with another worker about. So watch out for him when you come in, he might give you issues, but don’t challenge him cause he’s worked there for a decade so… I guess he’d know best. (But most likely not)

Needed coffee for the long drive. Went through drive through to pay and they gave me coffee. Drove off. Simple.

I love a drive thru Starbucks! This location is off the 5 Fwy just north of Disneyland on Lincoln Ave. It’s a busy one and definitely not the most efficient going thru the drive thru. It’s a crawl most times so if you’re in a rush you might want to consider walking in or finding the next one. Even if you see only two cars in line it may still take awhile… you’ve been warned!
Aside from that the staff is always real nice and personable. They have a large seating area with lots of outlets. Outdoor seating available. Never had an issue with parking. Subway is next door if you’re hungry. Overall a good location.

I’ve been coming here for a little over a month now. I have a recent addiction to a double expresso on ice with 2 pumps white mocha chocolate and topped off with non-​fat milk. They are always friendly and always get my order right.
The only thing is parking could become a bitch since there isn’t much parking behind. This location also has a drive through though. Inside they have the complimentary adapters so you can use their wireless charging also, which is nice.

It’s a love/​hate relationship. Love because Joe who works the mornings makes my day and hate because the drive-​thru is more like sitting on the 91 fwy. at 5:30 p.m. except I actually get to use my horn to honk at the barista behind the window who had me waiting in my car for 20 minutes for a venti green tea lemonade and 2 cookies. If you have time, go inside the store and order. I wouldn’t trust the drive-​thru line unless it was empty. Also, I think late start for Anaheim High School is on Tuesday’s so avoid this location on Tuesday mornings because it’s packed with kids.

What’s in the mystery box? That’s my situation everytime I go to this Starbucks. I can’t believe I still go to this location even though my drink is made differently every single time and charged a different price EVERY SINGLE TIME for the exact same order.
For example, the last three times I had ordered a tall soy americano misto with 2 pumps of vanilla syrup (super delicious and not a complicated drink). The first time I had it made correctly and charged $ 2.75. Second time it was made with coffee instead of espresso and I was charged $ 3.45. Third time it was made without the vanilla syrup and I was charged $ 2.85.
Like I said-​mystery box-​you really don’t know what you’re gonna get. If you order at the counter, at least you can taste your drink and return it for fixing if it’s wrong. I, however, use the drive-​thru because I need to get to work early so I always have to put up with what I get.

Located off the 5 freeway and Lincoln is this Starbucks. If I have the time, I try to use the drive through to get my drink. The baristas are accruate and friendly, and I’ve never had a bad drink.
The inside is spacious, with plenty of tables and chairs.
The parking lot is small, and they share it with a Subway and a animal clinic, which is why I can’t praise it with 5 stars.
