Not enough pastries. They only had a brownie and cake pops. Several menu items were sold out.

Worse Starbucks in america. This guys have no idea how to make coffee. New management is needed badly in this location.

I’m usually very nice when baristas make a mistake on my order because I understand how crazy it gets for them. However, very rarely does the barista actually admit fault to it. I don’t recall his name, but he had forgotten my breakfast item. I waited about 15 minutes just assuming that it was because they were busy with the morning rush. However, he later personally walked over to me and apologized for the mistake and presented me with the card.

Is this really a Starbucks guys? I mean really…
Located within the Target on Lincoln/​Euclid — I found myself in need of a mid-​afternoon caffeine boost. I walked in with my reusable Starbucks cup and when I immediately approached the counter, there was a big sign that read, «Espresso machine not working». Lovely. So you don’t offer caramel macchiatos right now, nor do you have any lattes either. So that left me with coffee or tea.
As I approached the cashier, I asked for a Grande Cold Brew, the response was «sorry we’re out.» Alright then… so now I can’t have the Caramel Macchiato, the Pumpkin Spice Latte, or a cold brew coffee… I’m already annoyed. After a couple back and forths and a few rejections later, it looks like I had to settle for the Peach Green Tea Lemonade.
By the way, there were no dessert or pastries left. There was no bottles of water, juice, or any other bottled/​canned beverages located in the open fridge area. So really you came in in the hopes of ordering a basic coffee, tea or lemonade. Hopefully they don’t run out of that either…
The cleanliness of this location was really messy. You could see splash marks on the beige walls behind the counter. There were napkins and trash bits around on the floor in different spots. Not exactly the clean Starbucks you would hope for.
The service was nice and friendly. The barista seemed to be all over the place and completely forgot I had a reusable cup sitting right in front of him… Until I stopped him from finding one and explained mine was in front of him. By then, we already had taken my purchase and money and didn’t apply my cup discount to the total. Sigh, oh well.
Save yourself the hassle and just go to a proper Starbucks.

I take it this is near a home for the mentally challenged because there were several groups, each with a chaperone. I understand the need to provide socialization but shouting and rocking/​moaning is disturbing and indicates a person is not ready for public participation – not to mention looming over people at tables! This is not acceptable public behavior and participation in social work should be voluntary. I was trying to work at this café – choices are limited in Anaheim. I was patient, wanting to contribute to the greater good, but there is a limit.

This is the best Starbucks I’ve been to in a while. Baristas are realllllllly friendly and very quick with the drinks. When you order the actually speak to you and ask you how your day is and stuff like that. Diana was especially friendly and very good at making drinks. Melissa was cool too

Rude employees! I’m standing at the counter, 2 girls doing other things without acknowledging me. Then she short changed me and tried to challenge my math without looking at the receipt. No sorry. No thank you. No hello. If I could give zero stars I would!

I just wanted to say Sarah was really impressive. My boyfriend used to work at Starbucks and was impressed too. We are visiting the area and staying at a place nearby. We needed some breakfast food before heading to disney, so we stopped here. She was manning the bar and register by herself and handled it really well, even when there was a line and the previous people ordered frappuccinos and coffees with specific things (low fat/​extra carmel). And the drinks still came out well!

Went to this Starbucks just to get a tea I had plenty of $ on my Starbucks card and their machine wasn’t working. I didn’t mind paying for my order in cash if they would somehow be able to give me a star towards my order they said there wasn’t a way. I took my business elsewhere to another Starbucks that has everything in working order and is willing to help out their customers.

Don’t know the girls name since she isn’t wearing a name tag, but she has glasses and tattoos on her arm. She’s doing the most annoying thing I can ever come across in any establishment that serves food or drinks, «she’s chewing gum» … So that is why I am giving it 1 star

In my opinion this is the worst starbucks I’ve been to. … there’s always only one person working, ringing up drinks and making the drinks and they take so long. …and to top it off they have the worst customer service. …and now they have a broken espresso machine. …

Place is cool but dam they need to have enough people to work. Seems like every time we come there’s always a long line so most of the time we skip it and go else where.

Love this location because it has a drive thru. Starbucks drive thru is a genius invention. Also, they always get the mix right at this location. Never had a poorly made drink here. I also appreciate the bright attitude of the staff. My favorite drink? A cinnamon dolce frappacino with whip. Bar none the best. Yum. Even better with a toasted pastry of your choice:)

Located inside Target
This place is convenient when shopping
But the staff wasnt to pleasant
The tables where messy.
Overall it was ok quiet enough to study
And if you run out of paper or supplies you can just run into the store and shop.

This location is actually very spacious even though it’s inside of Target. It has more tables and sitting than many stand alone Starbucks stores. Can be a good study location.

I have to say, I had an extremely pleasant experience with this Starbucks. I’m rating it a five purely because of the great service, although the drinks were tasty.
The drinks are expected to be that way though, so that’s why I emphasize the great service at this location.
I wish I’d remembered the name of the girl that helped me, but nevertheless, she has made me want to come back again.
Great job at hiring good people to work at your company, Starbucks.

I’m at Target all the time and its nice to have a Starbucks inside. It’s so convenient for grabbing a quick drink or snack to have while you shop or after you check out. There is usually only one, sometimes two people taking your order and making drinks so it can get a little backed up at times. Most of the time it’s not a problem though. They’re quick at making your beverages so you never have to wait too long. I’m not a big fan of Starbucks coffee, but I am a fan of their convenience.
