This review is long overdue… My husband and I are very satisfied customers! The fireplace remodel was supposed to take 10 days, but the job was done in 5 days. We’ve been getting a lot of compliments on the fireplace, especially with the mantel– it’s definitely a statement piece. The wall to the right side of the fireplace had wall paneling and they removed and replaced it with a new dry wall for free. Also, they installed the wall mount for the TV for free (and they were more than happy to move the wall mount a couple of inches higher after they had installed it since we later changed our minds and decided to mount our 55 inch TV instead of our 50 inch). Great work guys and we are so happy that we found this company. Thank you!

These guys are top notch. They are your one stop place to get your fireplace remodeled. Everything in their showroom is done for a standard cost that includes everything, ie. any wall patching and all the hidden costs that you don’t think of when undertaking this endeavor. They replaces crown molding and baseboards and even ripped out the current wall paneling and fixed the drywall. This was done for $ 3700 out the door. The workers showed up on time everyday and were courteous and ensured to protect the work area so no furniture or flooring was damaged. We chose where to place the tv mount and they attached that to the wall at no extra cost. I cannot say enough great things. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends. Thanks, Oak-​Land.

Oakland Custom Fireplace did an outstanding job on our new fireplace. We replaced it from top to bottom, including a new wall vent box. Our first meeting with Gregg and Shelley at the showroom went very well, they answered all our concerns and questions. We had at least four companies out for quotes and thier’s was the most reasonable as well.
The crew did a fantastic job. They covered all the furniture and cleaned up after on each day they worked. We had new drywall, smooth and bull nose finish, all new wiring for our flat screen plus the new box. It took about two weeks but they were perfectionists.
We are very happy.

Inland Empire
While Oakland Custom Fireplaces does have a beautiful show room they lack in showing up and follow up. We made an appointment with them for this past Saturday for 4pm for someone to come out and give us an estimate. As we had pictures in hand and were eager to go over some of the ideas that we thought may look good for our unfinished fireplace. Unfortunately we waited & waited, we received no phone call, and we have yet to receive follow up or a message. This is simply bad business! We will be looking elsewhere for our dream fireplace.
