Had an amazing and healthy breakfast! With real veggies and egg whites so yum! Ask for America — she is the best!

We’ve eaten here about 4 – 5 times and we’ve even tried the restaurant within the Hilton. However, the service and food here is far better! Most of the staff is attentive, welcoming and quick to serve their patrons. I do want to thank Leeanne for her incredible service — her attitude was extremely bubbly, she checked up on our party at least 6 – 7 times, she took notice and brought us water before we had to ask and she was quick! I work in service as well, and I have to say, I know when people are fit for the job and she’s perfect! Thanks Leeanne for the service and Chef Dave, (so I heard the Chef is called), for the food.

Best «hotel food» possible. Since I live close, I come here to eat even when I’m not staying here because it’s home to my favorite chocolate cake in the whole world.
Service:
— Extremely attentive staff — thank you Michael and Jorge! I always sit right at the bar. My water glass is always full, bartenders always have good food recommendations, and they’re very attentive/​quick!
— Bartenders have great food & drink pairings :) All I have to do is tell them what my preference in drinks is (strong malty and hoppy beers, big bold red wines, whisky forward cocktails) and they never disappoint!
Food/​drink:
— Sriracha Shrimp: I had this before I developed a severe shrimp allergy. It’s like a fusion style Chinese «honey walnut shrimp» served with kale and a spicy sweet sauce. Yum.
— Pizza Bread: It’s a flatbread! It was delicious but could have used some additional toppings. I asked the bartender for some extra bacon and that made it PERFECT.
— Goat Cheese: Perfect cheese plate to go with their wide variety of red wines (probably their whites too, I just don’t drink any). I asked for additional «bread» and they were happy to provide extra.
— Mahi Mahi tacos: Fish was extremely fresh and this is pretty filling!
— Burger: Comes with either fries, sweet potato fries, or onion rings. The sweet potato and onion rings are fantastic. Their normal fries aren’t the crispest.
— Lobster Mac and cheese: MUST HAVE. This is another or my faves here. Very rich and absolutely packed with flavor. It’s like you died and went to lobster heaven.
— Chocolate Cake: THE BEST chocolate cake ever. SO DECADENT. I have had actual dreams about this cake :| It’s very rich and fudgy. If you aren’t into THICK, DENSE, chocolate cake, this isn’t for you. Definitely not a light mousse cake. This is the real stuff.
— Ice Cream: This was eh. Idk if I had it on a bad day but it was a bit icey tasting and not very creamy.
— Old Fashioned Cocktail: They have SO MUCH whiskey/​whisky here. One of the best whisky bars in SoCal. The bartenders are extremely knowledgable and make perfectly balanced cocktails here.
— Spicy Margarita: I’m a huge spicy margarita buff. Well balanced and I can still appreciate the tequila used. Not overly syrupy like so many bars around here make.
— Tons of beer: They usually have a great beer list. I’m an IPA, red, and stout drinker and they always have something I like. They just tapped Elysian’s Dragonstooth stout which pairs amazing with their chocolate cake.

I am usually at the Anaheim Marriott twice a year for meetings. This year I had a late night snack and the next day, lunch at nFuse with business associates. The food was over top for a casual eatery in a hotel.

Food was very good. Bacon Mary was delish. Brian was personable and made our experience wonderful!

America was amazing! Great service and great personality. She went above and beyond for us.

About a week ago I stayed at the Hilton across the street. Me and a few co workers were in town for a convention and one of them suggested having dinner across the street at the Marriott, atmosphere felt very lively and very energetic totally different feeling than the Hilton. All I have to say is the service was impeccable. From the moment we got sat our server Robert really took the time to get to know us on a personal level which made dinning at nfuse even better. He was very enthusiastic and made me and all of my co-​workers feel at home. The food itself was amazing, (try the tuna/​French dip) sooooooooo good! I’m usually not one to leave reviews but I was really impressed by the service/​staff at the Marriott. Come here if you want top notch service and amazing food! If I’m ever in town I will definitely choose the Marriott over Hilton! Thank you guys and keep up the good work!

Great food and even greater service. So convenient for those of us attending a convention.
Try the avocado toast for breakfast. Mmmm and so California!

Was across the street at the Hilton for a conference, and my group and I ventured the Marriott instead for lunch since the Hilton was packed. Since we were on a time crunch we opted for the lunch buffet which, per the waitress’ suggestion is much faster than ordering off the menu. Their lunch buffet is a bit pricey at nearly $ 30/​pp with tax and tip, but the food is GOOD. Doesn’t taste your usual lunch buffet that’s been sitting out for an hour. My favorite was definitely the tossed kale salad with various veggies. Their turkey meat was a bit tough, but the roasted tomato soup was good. It’s a very simple and basic buffet selection, but for the most part the food is solid. Would recommend if you’re in the vicinity for a conference or something.

Came here late last night with my sister who is attending the Pri-​med conference. We ordered the carne asada nachos and the kale salad with chicken. We also ordered the California Love cocktail. Both dishes were LARGE portions so sharing is a must! Both were very delicious which is most important. The drink was also very good and they didn’t skimp on the alcohol. Servers were attentive and food came out quickly. I would totally be back. Trying to convince my sis let’s go back tonight to try the Brussels sprouts and the ahi tuna tower. Hey. Her work is paying for it. why not?

Wow. I have had some bad meals at marriotts before but this was wonderful.
Carne Asada nachos — amazing. The Carmelites onions give it the perfect sweet touch
Grilled yellow fin with spinach and quinoa (fish of the day) — simple and great
Asparagus side — very good

This bar is very nice and the food was kinda redunkulous! Came down for dessert one night and lunch one afternoon and the food and service was elegant (like the venue)
The place is really elegant but you can wear shorts and not feel like you are under dressed. The kind of place you bring people to impress, family, business, significant others. Not too expensive (considering the locale).

Came in for a post conference drink a couple weeks ago. Everyone had the same idea so it was a bit crowded. We were able to snag a table outside, but had to wait ahwile to order. I understood as there was a rush all at once. Once the rush passed though we still had to wait ahwhile to get and pay for the bill. Other than that though drinks were amazing. I left my cc there and was able to easily retrieve it the next day. Setting is perfect — drinks overlooking a pool with the sun setting in the background

Service and Drinks.
This was the second time I’ve been here and the service was beyond amazing. They took care of everything and was very attentive. Cocktails were delicious. The California Love is a girly sweet cocktail that literally reminds you of summer when you drink it. Super refreshing. The other cocktail I had was the Cucumber & Pear Collins… unless you LOVE cucumbers, don’t get it.
Food.
Appetizers were great. House chips and hummus are a must. Both are finger licking good. My favorite appetizer is probably the sriracha shrimp. Think walnut shrimp dipped in hot sauce. Unfortunately, I’m not at all satisfied with the filet and roasted half chicken. There are definitely better steak restaurants in the area. If you’re staying at the Marriott and happen to have dinner at nFuse, definitely don’t do the steak and chicken. Instead get the Rigatoni or Sea Bass. Those won’t disappoint.

OK. I have mixed feelings, but hear me out because it’s honest. This is an interesting, hip place. It’s the restaurant inside the Anaheim Marriott. There is a bar section that I’ve sat in before. It’s very well attended and can get very busy at times. There is also a comfortable and casual yet fancy looking dining area with couches and cushioned seats. I sat there this time. I’ve also been given a spot in a more regular looking restaurant area before too. This space is pretty big. Anyways, I’m focusing on my most recent visit last week.
We were seated promptly in a quiet area with comfortable seating. Our waiter was a little slow to the draw on everything. We couldn’t figure out why everything took so long, but then we realized he was also serving food to the bar area at times. Lots of people seemed to be running food. It was confusing. We both felt super casual and we’re starving, so we ordered the burgers. This burger was delicious! Fresh, huge, on a high quality bun, and it had this sweet yet savory bacon on it. YUM. The fries were eh. With a burger so good, I expected the fries to be more custom and fresh but these seemed to be like your stereotypical French fries that could be ordered at a fast food place or cooked up from a frozen bag at home. Still good, but nothing to rave about. Overall, we were very satisfied but seeing as we were in somewhat of hurry to get back to Disneyland and it took way longer than expected, it was a bit of an inconvenience. I would eat here again, but perhaps when I have no plans later on in the night.

Since their renovation about a year ago, this bar has stepped up their craft beer game. The number of tap handles… the knowledgeable staff… one will be hard pressed to not find something within their preference of beers, whether in bottle or on draught… and most of it brewed as locally as possible.
And for the food? This is not typical hotel bar food… again, they stepped up and have brought out dishes worthy of pairing with the same beers that they are pouring.

Visiting the area and decided to go to the Sunday brunch buffet for Valentine’s day. The food (from what I was able to even get) was good, however the area to get food was not organized. There were multiple lines to get cook to order omelettes and waffles, therefore blocking the hot plates to get the food already out. It was a hot mess, plus kids running around all over the place.
I know it’s near Disneyland and all but I wasn’t raised to act up and run in restaurants.
The whole experience took my appetite and I ended up just having a waffle… A$ 25 waffle!
Other people were complaining about it too and the staff looked like they were ready to scream. Having worked in the hospitality industry for years I really felt for them and know that the restaurant manager needs to find a better way to organize and control traffic flow at the buffet area

Stayed in the Marriott so we figured why not try their restaurant.
FANTASTIC! We ate the pizza bread, kale chopped salad and the nachos. Plenty of food for all to share. I came with my parents and daughter but next time would love to eat here with my guy and sample some other menu items and cocktails.
Menu is fresh. They bring out pretzel bread with butter before your food arrives. Amazing. Even my 3 year old was all over this one.
Will be back again when we make another trip down south.

My fave upscale bar and restaurant in the heart of Marriots Anaheim. Loving the ambience of this place. Great large bar sorrounded by amber colored glass top, big screen tvs, nice view of the pool outside seating, great selection of wines & beers and music. A decent /​comfort food lots of seating good for family, groups. Service was excellent. Our server Olivia is the sweetest thing ever, very friendly and attentive to customers. Price is fair. Food was great! We’re definitely coming back here. Added to my favorite dining place in Anaheim. And oh they have live music/​singer during nights. Highly recommended! If you eat here you can get your ticket validated for free parking at Marriots.
