I absolutely love this dry cleaners! I have been going hear for the last 2 years. Great customer service. The man that works there is very accommodating when I need urgent services. The seamstress there is amazing! She has been hemming all of my pants as well as taking in most of my blazers and dresses since I lost weight.
I’ve read some reviews, and noticed they were negative. I’ve personally witnessed an altercation while waiting in line… Look here people, you get what you pay for. I noticed it’s the people that wants cheaper services, with great quality and gets upset and starts an altercation …

Horrible customer service. They lost all of my items and said that they have a 30 day policy, when I gave them my belongings 2 weeks ago! The worst part is I lost my receipt and now I can’t prove that I gave them my clothes! The lady was a total B word about it as well! Not only did she say it was not her problem she said to leave!!! Never going there again!

This place has the worst customer service ever! Not only did they damage very expensive work attire but they did not even offer to refund my money. I asked to speak to the owner and they said that I wouldn’t be able to speak with him! I asked them to provide me with their damage policy and they said they didn’t have one! Definitely never going there again! Not only are they not registered with the better business bureau! They have the most outdated machines

We flew into LAX one morning and I realized I spilled a little bit of leftover Latte onto my white polyester jacket! Took it into Lords and picked it up 3 days later all cleaned up. Yay! It took him several different cycles to clean the coffee, fat and sugar off the jacket separately but he didn’t charge more. The service was quick, helpful and friendly! I don’t have a reason to take off a star.

I had to visit this place a couple of months ago.
I had no problem with the gentleman who helped me drop off and pick up my order.
Very friendly and the clothes came out just fine.

I am VERY disappointed with the service provided as well as the customer service.
I brought in a coat for cleaning and repairing a seam.
When I picked up my coat the new seam looked uneven, my coat had hair and lint on it still.
When I mentioned this to them they told me to buy a lint roller… Isn’t that there job???
I will NEVER go back to this cleaners and highly recommend you do not either.
In addition I was charged $ 19.50 for a cleaning that was quoted at $ 18.80, they claimed the credit card machine could only do increments of $ 20… how is $ 19.50, $ 20?
Being sick I did not want to fight this issue…
