Went to the location in the Stater Brothers shopping center with my boyfriend. No one acknowledged us which I didn’t think was a big deal, at first. However, after 45 minutes of sitting there on a Friday night we asked if he was next? It wasn’t until then that we were informed that 4 out of 5 barbers all had appointments! Clearly we were frustrated and another patron walked out. The only barber who was going to be available had a customer plus one more waiting. We decided to stay as one offered to squeeze him in before his next customer. Few minutes later I heard him talk negatively about people who don’t have appointments and want to be seen right away on a Friday night. At this point we decided to leave… with no haircut! Would never recommend this place. Only reason I’m rating 1 star instead of none is because the female barber #4 was understanding and took the time to speak to us in a professional manner.

First Time at this Barber Shop so unprofessional I brought my son and came in no hello we sat for about 25 minutes and was never acknowledged. I understand we need the service but they need our business now what really got me upset was the profanity I heard the entire time. Haircut and price was great but would not return because of the bad customer service and atmosphere

Been going here for a while and I’ve always liked my hair cuts that I’ve received here. This is a modern day barber shop with grown-​ups so expect there to be grown-​up talk. Sometimes the wait is long but that’s what you expect when they have all their chairs filled from open to close. Great place, great barbers!

Jesse’s #2 — in the Albertsons Shopping center) My #1’s Favorite Barber. Ramon (and most of the guys) are really good and they work fast. They’re affordable and we can walk in with next to no wait (due to the expeditiousness and great service).

I used to get hair cuts here all the time but explored other barbers for a while. I came back after two years and a lot has changed it is cleaner and there is more staff. As I was waiting to get a haircut I was looking at each barber cutting hair and what I can tell you is that all the barbers that I watched were very concentrated and took their time to give the perfect haircut to each client. I was actually impressed with my haircut it was one of the best hair cuts I have gotten. I don’t understand the negative reviews but what I can tell you is this place can be packed places with negative reviews usually are not packed. I figured the people in the neighborhood are to lazy to give a good review.

Do not go here. Horrible place to get your hair cut. Service and atmosphere is horrible. The barbers all stop to text while they’re doing your hair. It is not kid or family-​oriented inside and they messed up my hair. Save yourself some time and money by finding a different barber shop.

WARNING — The Barber shop looks very nice but the service is horrible. First of all every time I have gone they play rap music with profanity on it. Second, while cutting my hair some of the barbers are texting. Lastly, I recently called to make an appointment and as I was speaking to them, they clicked on me. Will not be going there anymore. Hope Jesse gets classy barbers.

worst hair cut ever, they mess up my hair really bad, service is bad, they dont care if you been waiting for long time there, if they feel like they dont wanna do anything they will just sit there and watch you wait or go to the stores next to them… the guy who cut my hair (i forgot to ask for his name, but has a scar on the back of his head) dont know if he has a health problem but i tell you he doesnt know how to cut hair at all, only uses one hand and acts like whatevers, i think he was more interested on the T.V. than how he was cutting my hair… first time customer and never never never again will come back again… i tell you, stay away from there if you care about your hair…

Good hair cuts, bad service. I’ve checked in there maybe 2 times, my 12 year old likes how they cut hair, they are pretty good, but if your a female bringing your son they are so rude, no welcome, no someone will be with you in a min. This LAST time my son and I waited 20min. No one accknowledged us, one Barber told another by the name Jesse, I believe he was the owner maybe, to open a chair he commented and said he was off, but yet talking with the other Barbers chop’n it up. We left, never again, good hair cuts or not, bad service after a long day, I’m outta there.

This is the second location!!! the first one in cross the street and head about .2 miles south on state college (5 min!!!)jesse has been my barber for a little more than 3 yrs. he is the owner and i refuse to get my haircut with anyone else. he is the owner and he is soooo chilll!!! if i was rich (not to get confused with wealthy) i would still come here (Location 1) becuase he really takes the time to know his clients on a personal level. he let me walkout once go home so i can get my wallet come back and pay him, i didn’t have a tip just enough for the cut and he didn’t care. of course when i went back a week later i tipped him double from the week prior and the current cut. i was introduced to this place by my brother, I’m extremely picky about everything and he will always get you the exact cut you ask for
