This money hungry facility needs to maybe re-​think why they do what they do. Are you there to help people recover or are you a collection agency. They asked me to give them $ 400 for a piece of paper. No one is perfect you guys, especially when dealing with alcoholics and for you to be in a business of helping «rehabilitate» people, how dare you! Your director might want to also make sure your employees really understand what the privacy laws are, not just making stuff up to justify needing $ 400 to write a letter.
