This review is for the service we got from Kevin. He was very friendly and personable. Most franchise places like this don’t hive great customer service because they really dont have to. The name and food sells itself but he was very personable. The place looked packed because of the location but when we walked it it was only a 5 minute wait. I recommend going up to the hostess before walking away because it «looked» like it would be a loong wait. Convenient location because after breakfast, Disneyland was across the street.

My visit here was the worst. I walked in with my friends and they took so long to bring our food and drinks. Three groups that were seated after us received attention immediately. My friends and I felt like we weren’t being taken serious because of our age. We all were here for gradnite and honestly I wish they could’ve treated us a lot better.

Was here last week and was more that happy with the service we received! Paul delivered OUTSTANDING customer service! I’m vegan which I know can be super annoying and I’ve gotten so much attitude for it but not here. I wanted to confirm that the veggie burger was vegan and instead of giving me a smirk like I’ve gotten since I’ve been vegan he went out of his way to bring me the ingredients from the box to make sure everything was good to go! I really appreciated that and if that wasn’t enough he noticed my boyfriend’s birthday pin from Disneyland and brought him his very own sundae! We WILLBE visiting this Denny’s everytime we’re at Disneyland which is quite often.

Sought a breakfast alternative at Disneyland. Got tired of extremely overpriced pastries and coffee. Was leery after reading some of the reviews here. Joined Denny’s eClub and they sent me a 20% off coupon which helped. Had the All American Slam. The scrambled eggs and hash browns were plentiful unlike many other spots. Seemed like more than three eggs as listed on menu. Sausage and bacon were perfectly cooked as was the sourdough toast. The only drawback was lukewarm coffee. The server gladly brewed a fresh pot, and it was better, but still not hit enough. Server, Julie, was a real sweetheart. She was friendly and attentive. They just need to improve coffee temperature.

I can’t deny, the food was really good but the service was bad. The waitress brought our check half way on our meal & didn’t even ask us if we wanted anything else. She took 15 mins to come ask us if we were going to order dessert. To top that off she was helping every other table expect for ours.

We came here after a long day at Disneyland, and we got seated. We waited 20 minutes and we haven’t even been offered any drinks, so we sat and sat and waited and waited until we had to flag someone down to see if we can get our order taken. The waitress looked dumbfounded like as if she was suprised they haven’t taken our order. So she walked away and mouthed to the other waitress to see if she was gonna help us and she just ignored her… so we waited about 20 more minutes without any help at all and so we all stormed off an went to IHOP next door.

I would like to start by saying that I am amazed at the costumer service that Cindy F. Provided for our table. Not only that but I also observed as she helped others and the quality of her work ethic is irreplaceable. I came in with a couple of friends after a long day at Disneyland and we just wanted something fast to eat. The timing was perfect on the food not too early not too late. She made sure everything was on point with our dining experience from silverware to making sure we had refills and napkins. I’m a messy eater and I typically use like 5 napkins in a sitting, yes, I’m one of those lol. Thanks Cindy, the food industry needs more people like you and not those who are just looking for a weekly paycheck.

We go to Denny’s all the time back home. So at the end of a long day at Disneyland, we thought Denny’s would be a great idea to end the night. It was busy, but we were seated pretty promptly. Our server Norma was really nice. Now the bad parts — 1. The water glasses were pretty nasty, but Norma was nice enough to bring us clean ones as soon as we brought it to her attention. 2. The cutlery had hard crusted food stuck to it. Yes, it happens — the dishwasher probably did not do a very good job. But you would think the staff who wraps them up in napkins would at least check? 3. I ordered the slow-roasted pot roast — the meat was nice and soft, but the vegetables? OMG — it tasted HORRIBLE. And I love veggies! At first, I thought it was just the celery, then I realized the carrots tasted awful too. Where the heck do they get their supply? I complained to the guy at the counter when we paid, but all he said was, «Oh, sorry about that.» The reason I still gave them 2 stars was because my kids’ spaghetti and meatballs came out ok, and the husband’s skillet was fine. I guess it was just my bad luck I got rotten food. UGH. There is Panera Bread and Mimi’s Café down the road, and IHOP is just a few steps away. I strongly suggest giving them a try instead.

Most Denny’s aren’t all that great but this one was perfect. My family and I fueled up for our day at Disneyland with a hearty breakfast. Linda was our server and she made sure we were beyond satisfied. She was very pleasant. But…there was a hair on my plate. Gross I know but it happens. Linda apologized over and over and owned it like a person in customer service should. She got the manager Cesar to come over and he was just as pleasant. He took care of it right away and it’s safe to say my family and I will be returning before we hit the road tomorrow. They were both great!!!

My food came out cold but the manager, Juan, fixed it right away and was very pleasant and happy to do so. Great customer service from him.

Came here on the 10th at 10:40pm after watching my son’s performance at the HOB, waited 15 minutes to be seated(not bad) Joyce came and took our order, was not pleasant, we asked for water with lemon she informed us they were out of lemon although half an hour later she brought out a small plate of lemons to the table next to us ?? After over an hour wait our food was still not out and Joyce did not come to our table to let us know why such delay or even refill our drinks. By midnight we decided to leave, they said our food was on its way and we asked them to pack it up «to go» once we were home our order was completely wrong, they missed one of our orders and the entire experience was horrific. DONOTGOTOTHISDENNY’S !!

Our server, Luis was awesome! He was really friendly and checked up on us more than once. This like the best service I’ve gotten at a Denny’s. Food was so so but I give 5 stars because our service/waiter was really great!

My friend came in from NJ and NEVER had Denny’s before. Unfortunately, her 1st experience SUCKED. everything we ordered came out wrong. There were 3 of us here. HOWCANYOUMESSUP3ORDERSATONETABLE??? Did no one check the orders before the food came out? We didn’t even get any water when we first sat down. We each got one napkin to eat our 4 item grand slams. If i ordered pancakes and waffles, wouldn’t you want to make sure i had syrup??? Why must i ask for that!!! The food took forever at 10:30 am on a Monday. I used to be eh about DENNY’S, but, NOW… NEVERAGAIN. Being across from Disney, you would think they know how to move food out and correctly, but apparently not.

This Denny’s has beer. I don’t go to enough Denny’s to know if they all do now, but it was a welcome thing to find after a long day at the park. They are swamped and crazy 24⁄7(being across from the entrance) but they are always friendly. Service is friendly and fairly timely given how busy they get.

THESTARSAREFORPABLO, NOTTHERESTAURANT. We were walking to our hotel and had people stop us to ask where we obtained our balloon art. People said it was fabulous and the best they had seen. I so wish I’d taken more pictures of the other things he made. PLEASE go see Pablo, he works for tips and summer is his busy season. He can make anything!!!

We made the very unfortunate mistake of eating at IHOP on the first morning of our Disney trip. We usually eat at Denny’s but decided to try it. It was the worst experience ever. Never again! We have always had great service and great food for a great price at the Denny’s across the street from Disneyland. The breakfast really is great and filling and we are also in and out very quickly. Plus, their balloon guy is AMAZING. We love eating in the park but on days when we don’t this is far and away the best option.

There aren’t many choices late at night around Disneyland. Had the Alaskan salmon broccoli and rice. It was very palatable this late at night and it hit the spot. The egg white omelette was ok too.

I know, I know. Four stars for a Denny’s. Really? Honestly, in this case yes. If this didn’t have Denny’s logo out front, and we got served the same food with the same level of service anywhere else I wouldn’t hesitate to award four stars, so it only seems fair. We went for breakfast the day after a Disney adventure(why else would you be around this part of Anaheim), and were impressed at the array of healthy options, and between the three of us we were all super impressed in our selections, as well as the tasty iced coffees we washed it down with. You’re a stone’s throw from Disney, so expect a diner full of kids, some of which are gonna scream/cry, but otherwise we have no complaints at all. I concede low expectations might play a part in how surprised we were at the quality of the food, but I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if in the area again.

An okay choice, far better than the neighboring IHOP. There’s a Mimi’s down the street that competes, but this Denny’s can be a decent affordable selection. When we visited in the evening, service was slow and the floors needed to be swept, both issues leaving bad impressions. The food, however, was fine. Check the table for the $ 2÷4÷6÷8 menu. It contains some great values, helpful for a family in the process of blowing their budget at Disneyland. These values, however, are not listed in the menu they hand you. Check the table and save some cash for Mickey.
