WOULD DEFINITELY AVOID
My issue with this service company stems from unethical and unprofessional accounting practices. After signing the contract with owner Rick Houtzer, my credit card was retained for automated payments. Although the contract states these transactions will occur the 1^st of the month, this does not happen. The payments are taken at random periods (maybe months later, maybe within a week). In addition there is no bill or itemization of the tutor’s hours. Just a random removal of monies from the account supplied. This became a mess overtime and led to my complete disgust of the company. If you decide to use this service, WATCH OUT FOR THE INEPT ACCOUNTING PRACTICES.
