I was referred to this provider in the orange office. The staff i scheduled with were incompetent. Set up appt 3 months ahead, provided detailed info regarding wheelchair dependency. I called the Day before scheduled scans — I was told we are canceling your appt. as we will not assist you — you must bring someone (they were told I do not have assistance) and I am not obese. They refused service. This is the third issue I have experienced with them. What kind of oxymoron is this — a medical service office refusing a patient in a wheelchair. Would you want a place with this attitude and lack of compassion. It takes the word CARE out of the picture.
