My mom was referred to AGMG by her primary physician for a colonoscopy and for other issues she has been having.
Setting up the appointment was easy, like any other medical office, appointments are not always readily available. She was given an appointment that was 3 weeks out, which was okay because I called regularly to check if there were any cancellations. The gals at the office were always very nice, helpful and were able to get her in earlier.
On the procedure day, the staff was always very helpful, checking in was also easy. I waited for my mom downstairs and the nurse/​assistant called me when she was ready. The nurse/​assistant was extremely nice, she was very informative with giving me instructions and was very patient with my mom, a very caring person.
Since then, I had to schedule another appointment with them and I can say the second time around I had the same experience… A very good one.
This office always calls back when I leave messages and everyone is very professional.

If I could give them a MINUS star rating, it would be a –10. ABSOLUTELY the most horrible, incompetent, mis-​managed group of air-​heads you could ever find under one roof. When you book with a doctor, ‘maybe’ you might get to see him, or whoever is available. The female manager is RUDE and doesn’t give a c*** whether or not your satisfied, just a long as they can get your insurance payment. My appointment was rescheduled, WITHOUT informing me; and where they find these ‘doctors’ is anyone’s guess. This is the last place you want to go for medical treatment. Avoid this «medical group» like the plague. Believe me, I wasn’t the only one pissed off during my appointment. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and not worth your time (or your insurance payment).
