Becker Tire and Service Center

Becker is the best! They have GREAT prices and the BEST service! Last night I came a 20 minutes before they closed and they still saw me. Daniel the store manager is totally awesome and soo nice!
I will DEFINATLY be going there for all my tire services!

Seriously recommend this place. I came in w my litter of kids needing a tire repair maybe even needing a new tire because I had a huge nail in my tire. I was told to wait a bit while they checked it. So I did, my kids weren’t acting all that great but Daniel the store manager was so patient and nice about the whole thing, he even changed the channel to Cartoon Network so my kids could watch TV while we waited… thank you for that because I got the worse one to sit down quietly and watch tv. Well long story short they fixed my tire and sent me on my way. Customer service was great, the place is super clean, they provide water for the thirsty throats and smiles for the worried faces that come in. Thank you for everything guys and thank you Daniel for your patience and great customer service.

Shopping around for tire prices for my wife’s car. They’re the only one out of 6 that gave her the same price as myself. That was 10 years ago. Now my daughter and daughter in law also shop here for a very fair price. I did have a nail in my tire last week only 15min turnaround time. Thank guys.

This location of Becker used to service my automobiles until I moved to Las Vegas. On a recent trip to Orange County, I my car was shuddering which concerned me that it was a expensive transmission problem. I explained to Evan Richardson that I was on my way back to Sin City but was afraid that I might not make it. He immediately had a mechanic test the car and found that it was an intermittent problem with an ignition coil. I decided to drive the car back to Las Vegas as is. When I asked how much I owed, he said no charge! His guy spent a good half hour on my car. I wish they have Becker here in Vegas.

The guys at Becker are incredibly friendly. I had a nail in a brand new tire. They patched it, free of charge. With their quick service, they had me back on my way in no time. I will definitely be back for future service with Becker.

They are amazing guys. Anything that goes wrong with my car. i take it to the guys at Becker Tire. Having a PT Cruiser definitely has some issues but they have been nothing but amazing finding out what the issue is and fixing it. Lenard and David are just great guys. After getting a tire replaced, I noticed my car was shaking like crazy when I went over 60 MPH. Found Becker Tire on Unilocal as it was close to my work and had good reviews and I gave them a call to see what they thought was going on. They let me know I probably just needed a tire balance and quoted me a very good and estimate.
I didn’t make an appointment; I just went over there on my lunch and I was back to work in under an hour, ready to go! Leonard is the person I spoke with on the phone and in person and he was so nice and professional. He even told me that they would try just the two front first so that I wouldn’t have to pay for all four if I didn’t need it… when is the last time you heard a mechanic say something like that?!? Because let me tell you, most of the mechanics I’ve met are charging me left and right for stuff that probably doesn’t even need to be fixed, so it was refreshing to hear that, and definitely put my mind at ease.
I would recommend this place to anyone who needs tire stuff done.

Really good services I was on my way to get my daughter in the OC and got a flat on the 91 hoped off on Kramer got on Unilocal and found these guys and I’m glad I did in and out service and I got my flat fixed for the low and was on my way and got to watch NFL Network in the mean time great and easy service I loved it highly recommend it

This Store is incredible! They are not only have a good priced tires, but they also provide an excellent service «after» tire sold to their customer. Their front man «Leonard» not only so sincere and incredibly helpful! 2 years after I bought my tires with them for my ML350 Mercedez, I came to the store with 1 huge nail sticking out from it. plan to have them fix it– which as i expected, with a big smile Leonard on the top of the job and without wasting any one time, he have his team to take care of it right away– not only that, by the end, the incredible news pops «IT COST NOTHING»! WHAT?! yes nothing, the too good to be true not stopping there… A week after, i was on the freeway on the way back from work, and got another flat tire, so i automatically call Becker Anaheim, talk to Leonard before calling AAA to change the tire with donuts so i can drive to Becker Anaheim (4.5miles from the incident area) As i am on the phone with him, he told me to just take it easy and he is sending his truck to my way. I told him no worries i have AAA and after they change to donut i will drive up there. Into my surprise Leonard told me to really not to worry as the truck will fix my tire on the spot, i was quite confused but — hey its 92 degress, santa ana winds blow crazy, i just decided to just wait at a store with a decent A/​C until then. 35mins later, i saw Becker truck with 4 tires on top shelves and huge machine on the back cab of the truck driving around, as i flag the driver, he park the truck and with such a polite gesture he waste no time in a super high heat comforting me saying that he will make it safe and fast in fixing the tire. He said the Mercedez a bit complicated but he will make sure to do it carefully. Next thing with still disbelieved, i saw him taking out his tools, laying a big rug and start to work on the tires. I saw how he diligently work on the tire. in less than 30 mins, the tire is back and secured nicely to the car. I was expecting him packing up — but no, The awesome Mr. Sanchez, actually told me that i will make sure to take a look and the weight and checking ALL 4 TIRES PRESSURE to make sure that i will be driving safely. then he make sure to clean the rim! CLEANING THE RIM! I am so choked with happiness, even its not getting cooler outside. Seems the weather is nothing for him than focusing on the tiers, and my safety & look ! By the end he told me everything just perfect and safe for me to start to drive. After all i thought this will cost me arm and leg with the incredible service, BUT NO! ITS WORTH TO BE THEIR CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! i am for sure one solid customer for life for Becker Anaheim! Leonard & Mr. Sanchez are unbelievable! I hope that anyone who read this will realize that there is a possible in impossible business word that they are companies that selling tires and its service that really delivering beyond that they had disclose in their service list. IT IS ONE OF A KIND: BECKER ANAHEIM! i hope i can post the pictures, so you all can see what i had experience, it will blew each of your mind!!!

The store manager Leonard was a very likeable guy. Willing to work with customer, funny, and honest.
BUT, the guys work on the car pretty much fxxx it up. My car was pulling, so I went in to do alignment and wheel balance. On my way to work, I heard the clunking sound on the DRIVER side so I called Leonard and he told me bring it back he will check it out right the way. So I brought back the car next day, the so call «master» technician came out and told me it just the way manufacture design flaw on the suspension… When adjustment made on the suspension, there is a small gap between the shocks and the base plate… At this point, I dont think keep arguing with them make sense, because their explanation just doesn’t make sense… So I went back to dealer and have them check it out. Thats another half day off for me… Once the dealer checked, first thing they asked me was if I had done alignment recently because the strut rod was not tight up which cause the vibration and the clunking sound from the structs assembly… Thats the lucky version, if the strut rod was loose all the way out, I could have lost control and caused an accident…
Last weekend I replaced my tires at the Revolution Tires (see my other review). Just to make sure the alignment is still straight so it wont eat up the new tires, I asked the tire shop to perform alignment again. As soon as the technician put my car on the rack, he came back to the waiting room and ask me if I had alignment done from other place, because the PASSENGER side of the strut rod wasn’t tightened up, the driver side was ok (of course it was ok, becuase I asked the dealer to check and they tightened up for me)
NOW, I was confirmed by TWO seperate shops that after the alignment was done since Becker, the strut rod was never tightened up and it could came loose and lost control anytime… I am very sure they weren’t try to get my money becuase I did not get charge from dealer and the Revolution Tire actually only charged me for 2 wheel alignment becuase the there was no need to perform alignment in the rear wheels…
Mistakes happends, but it is NOT acceptable when it relates to safety issues…

They are fast and friendly. They are knowledgable and use quality parts. So far I have used them for tires, oil changes and brakes. I have not been disappointed.

These guys are the best in the business. Went to 3 different places to dismount and mount a spare tire. No one could do it… It was a larger hummer tire but still problems from each attempt. UNTIL! I went to Becker tire these guys knocked it out and got the job done. This is a legit place hands down good people! If you need tires or service GO to Becker Tire!!! Im a customer for life now!

Love these guys! Becker Tire was fantastic. A couple weeks ago, I randomly found my tire totally flat to the ground (lots of construction around me recently), and there was a huge gash in it. I had no idea where to tell AAA to take my car to fix it up, so I did a little Unilocal research and took a chance on Becker Tire.
I called and spoke with Leonard who was so awesome, professional, and put my mind at ease about how quickly and easily they could take care of my car. He delivered. Great price, great service, very last minute and was still done super fast.

I had a nail in my tire and these guys got me in & and out of there really fast. If I lived in Anaheim these would be the guys that I would go to to buy tires from.

Today I had run something over on the freeway and when I pulled over to check out my car I notice a tear in the sidewall of my front right side tire. I wasn’t sure exactly how much damage was caused to the tire so I called Becker Tire located by my work Cal State Fullerton. Leonard Perez answered the phone. He was so nice and told me to come in and he would look at my tire and if I couldnt stay and wait. He said he would put my spare on and repair or order new tire and then I can come back later to pick it up. So I drove over and he looked at my tire said it was cosmetic and did a thorough check of the tire pressure on all 4 tires and checked for any leak. Most tire places make you wait, say you need a new tire, brakes and so on and so on with $$$$. Not this place not Leonard. He wanted me to feel safe and made sure that if I didn’t need a replacement tire that he would make sure the tire was 100% safe. He saved the day for me and now I feel way better. Not only by the help but by his great personality and friendly face. He rocked… Not only was I back to work in 20 mins with a sigh of relief, I took several of his business cards to give to my friends for tires and service and will be buying my future tires at Becker Tire in Anaheim. FIVE STARS for Becker Tires for hiring Leonard.

I bought my current set of tires from their Orange location several years ago.
I came to this location (Anaheim) to fix my flat tire yesterday.
No Problem ! Good Service and No Charge !
I’ll be back when I need another set of the new tires.

Just got my truck balanced and rotated from Becker. Customer service was superb. Jason was more than helpful in informing me about my tires. I’m am definitely coming back her for my alignment and tire needs. Adrian who I called in advance was a joy to deal with. My truck now rides like a dream. Thanks again Becker. Cheers!
