I’ve visited numerous cellular stores(AT&T, Verizon and Sprint) and have experienced varying levels of customer service. My interaction with this particular store was incredible. The manager Mariah and her staff went out of their way to make my transaction silky-smooth. The staff was helpful, able to multitask and help several customers at once. Any negative feedback comes from people who think they are the center of the universe… or have too much time. Bottomline, the manager and her staff work hard to bring a customer-friendly and honest experience with each customer that enters. Highly recommend.

January 14, 2016 I came to the Verizon store in Anacortes this date and was immediately helped by Natalie. I had a cell that had just quit this AM. I was so frustrated because of how dependant I am on my phone, but Natalie was calm, gracious, thorough and definitely knew her stuff! She ordered what I wanted and I am on my way to recovery. Mariah was also very helpful. Other staff like Paul have been a great help to me. This is a great place to solve your communication issues. Thank you Anacortes Verizon!

I submitted a survey about my experience at the store, That consisted of them not carrying Anything in stock(have to order what you want) and the inexperience of my tech. Omg… Got a call from The store manager, left me a message that was confrontive. Wanted me to call her about my survey, then she would give me the status on the equipment I ordered. I could go on but basically this business is NOT Verizon and the manager should Not be the manager.

The customer service is awful. My mother and I went in yesterday around 7pm. The only man working that evening was preoccupied with a customer when we walked in. We briefly waved at him where he nodded an acknowledgement and continued to work with the customer he was with. My mother and I walk around the store and sat for 25 minutes. During that entire time, the man there *did not* acknowledge us whatsoever. I would have been fine if he had said«Hi there, I’ll be right with you. I’m just wrapping up with a customer«or «Hi there, I will be working with this customer for another 15 minutes or so, do you mind waiting?» We got NOTHING. Literally nothing. He didn’t even walk over to ask us how he could help us while he went to the back to grab something. He walked passed us in silence. I intended to buy a line at Verizon but after this unfortunate encounter I have thus changed my mind.

update to first review… 5.1.2015… I needed a new phone as mine was dead. So back in I went to see if I could get an upgrade. Mariah the mgr. said she could get me an LG for basically«free». Told her I had been thru that sales pitch before and she ASSURED and PROMISED me there would be no costs extra to my phone. I pay 31.55 ea mo. She wrote it down and explained how she was giving me $ 10.00 and the edge plan was $ 8.40 so basically no charge and my bill would be 33.33. Being in a hurry I needed a phone desperately so signed the agreement even tho I was hesitant, she ASSURED me again no catches. the phone she gave me was an LG and next day I was so frustrated with it I brought it back as it kept taking pictures! All she had was a «cheap» Samsung in the store but said it would work. So I left and was looking on line for my bill minutes and saw that I only had 2 min left before I was going to be over. So I called Verizon and they bumped me back a month and would not give me even a complimentary few minutes for this month. Bottom line my confirmation letter said I would be getting a bill for $ 63.40 and going forward $ 48.33. YIKES. Went back in to Mariah. why is my bill so high and what is going on? She said she was too busy. would call Verizon and call me later. no response. Next day went back in. Took bill in and she said it was a 2 month billing and no payment due till July. and she was leaving early and would call me she PROMISED… No response from her. Back in the next day… Now I really want some answers. Told her she lied to me and the Edge plan. Why did you not call me? Finally went to the Verizon store in Burlington to see if they can help me. Found out the Anacortes store is NOT A VERIZON store. It just sells products. Larry the mgr was very helpful and called her to explain that he saw where she deceived me and that I already had a credit on my bill each mo of $ 10.00 and she knew that and DBBL talked me into signing the contract and deceived me. He agreed and she would not budge. So he said he would contact Verizon distr. mgr and try and get my contract voided. Best he could do so now I am waiting. Unilocal says this store is closed but Idont think that is correct. They were there yesterday.
