Pathetically poor customer service. Total lack of follow up even under warranty matters. Took them 7 months to get the extended warranty papers to me that I paid additional for when I bot Kitchen Aid fridge. Reported problems with fridge under warranty in August of 2103. Not one phone call, not answered an email I sent,. never answered the calls and follow up of the service tech that was to fix under warranty, never got the parts needed to fix it, totally ignored the whole thing. I paid a tech to fix it who got the parts in two days and fixed it in one day while the guy who sold it to us could not get the parts and do the fix in three months. The worst part of it all is that they totally kissed off the whole event.

When I moved to Anacortes in 2006 and bought a new home, I bought my Refrigerator and Washer and Dryer from Anaco. Yeah, maybe Best Buy or some other place MAY have had cheaper prices, but Dave at Anaco will give you SERVICE! Dave will bend over backward to give you good service and he is very accommodating of special requests. And, you can trust that you won’t end up on a junk mail list from doing business here!
