I love Jimmy Johns but was disappointed with this one. Was in Buffalo and was craving my #10 with hot peppers so we stopped in to this location. Ask for the sandwiches to be cut in half, both weren’t. Lettuce and meats were old. Went next door to the pizza place but that wasn’t much better. Best part was the tables outside so we could eat with our dog.

I will start by saying that«I love Jimmy John’s!!» However; this location is horrible. They skimp on the meat, won’t give you a glass for water, and the service is extremely rude. I want a sub and not an argument when I ask for cheese or when they mess it up. I won’t be back to this location. Luckly we have two other locations that I can visit. Sorry Jimmy John’s.

great selection of cold subs and super fast delivery! it helps that i live right behind the shop, about a block away, but the beach club on wheat is my favorite and the chocolate chip cookies are a MUST with any sandwich!

Just finished my sub from this place. This was my first time stopping there, but I won’t be back. Yes, the sub was decent(though skimpy on meat as others have said), but: 1. The cashier short-changed me, and I had to ask for the correct change. 2. They ran out of roast beef so they had to modify my sub order, 3. As I was leaving, I specifically asked the guy who made my sandwich if there was mustard on it(as I requested). He said, «yes,» but that was a lie my friend! Very disappointing! Really, I would have been ok with the missed change(we all make mistakes), and the lack of roast beef(wasn’t on my order anyways and they offered me a free cookie), but to get home and discover my order was wrong when I specifically checked it? Unacceptable. :(

My second trip to JJ’s the first time not knowing what to order I got a normal 8″ and did not learn my mistake until I got home. After all I was hungry but the sandwich had almost no meat. This time I got a giant size for a dollar more. It was delicious and actually filling I would eat this all day every day over a certain other chain that has some guy named Jared. Price is good and the food is way better loved the bread.

We get takeout from Jimmy Johns at my work at least one a week. They do simple sandwiches but they do them well. The bread is delicious, the ingredients are consistently fresh, the sandwiches are affordable, and the delivery is always really fast. They may not be the best sub shop in the area but they are quick and relatively cheap. Good bang for your buck. I will always choose JJ’s over Subway.

Pro: — good bread? yes — deliciousness and simplicity when all you want is a sandwich quickie — popping out sandwiches so fast that they literally experience time dilation(especially relevant because other certain other nearby restaurants … cough cough… seem to need to grow each ingredient from scratch every time you make an order.) — reliable product Con: — so salty! expect your blood pressure to rise about 18 mmHg — why is it so delicious? partly because it’s like a mayo jar took a poo on each sandwich — limited, not very creative selection — pretty expensive for: bread, meat, lettuce, onion, tomato, cheese, condiments ALSOOOOO they used to have a card that let you get a free sandwich every time you bought ten, but this card is no more. Probably the thing that makes me the most sad. Overall: delicious albeit simple sandwiches. would have been 3 stars if a little less expensive.

Nothing special. Had the veggie sub and want impressed. Would prefer subway over here.

Food was good. Service was very rude! And not giving a cup for water? Really? It’s just water. Not coming back here anytime soon.

Fairly ordinary food, nothing on the menu was overly exciting. Surprised that a sandwich shop wouldn’t have salt and pepper? And it’s not like they were out of it… they don’t carry it! I can(maybe) understand not having hot sauce, but salt and pepper? Come on.
