It’s a Firestone. Some of the employees are better than others at customer service. They print out the recommendations from the manufacturer and try to sell you that service. Lots of people don’t like that. I just pick the ones I want and say no to the others.
It can get really busy at times. So be aware wait times can be lengthy. The Boulevard Mall is in the same parking lot and an Olive Garden is across the street. Just make an appointment then go to lunch or shopping.

Avoid this like a plague! They over charge you and if you dont want them to fix it, they will leave your car in a worser condition. When I arrived to pay for my car inspection after refusing to pay the exorbitant prices of $ 800 to replace a couple of brake lines, the sales manager just ignored me when I came back, so I had to wait until the next available worker unwillingly took my money and gave me my keys. If you are ready to throw money into the toilet, please come here. As for me never coming back or recommending this to any living creature.

I’m not sure if it’s just auto mechanics in Buffalo or what but I’ve yet to encounter an honest mechanic in ALL of Buffalo. Those at Firestone are no exception as they’ll try to extract as much money out of you when you visit for an oil change.
Long story short, I went in for an oil change and they claimed that there was a nail in my tire and wanted to charge me $ 30 to fix it. Seriously, $ 30 to remove a nail and patch the tire? I know places that’ll do that for free! I knew my tires were nail-​free but I felt the need to have them «fix» the problem since I wasn’t sure whether or not they’ll embed a nail into my tires had I refused their service.
It goes without saying but I’ll never visit this place ever again.
