Sat in the drive thru tonight for 20 minutes. Since there is no way of getting out of line and leaving, I was stuck. Get to the window and they had no answer for the holdup. Pretty pathetic for holding us up and having no answer why. I don’t know what it is about the folks who work the drive thru but they are extremely slow in the evenings. The restaurant staff generally forget to turn on the exterior lights also. So the walkway and parking areas are dark. The management need to get things taken care here.

I stopped in to use the bathroom and my child wanted to play in the kids area. The woman behind the counter was friendly efficient and polite. The service was slow because the restaurant was extremely understaffed. The customers were angry and Yari handled it extremely well. She deserves recognition for grace under pressure. Please recognize quality employees !!! Thank you.

Of all the fast food places I have been to this one was the worst. It was dirty, there was ketchup all over the drink stations, the women passing out food was rude and just throwing food around, and they gave us the wrong food. Not to mention what we did get was cold and old. I like Burger King, but will never eat at this mess of a restaurant again.
