Thank you Papa John’s for a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner. We have been working and running around all day and cooking dinner was the last thing we wanted to do. Pizza was delicious and the knots were fantabulous. Merry Christmas.

We have not, had pizza for along time because my hubby, has had open heart surgery. But we use to go to Papa Jonns all the time. This time was so disapointing. We bought the meat pizza that’s for a limited time. It was awful. Hardly any meat and we ordered extra sauce and paid for them. Never got them. You have, really gone down hill on your pizzas. We won’t be visiting you in the future. You need to, change back to, how you, use to make pizza.

For a franchise pizzeria Papa johns offers good quality pizzas for a decent price and it tastes good and fresh and they offer great sauces
Cons:
They however should consider branching out to pastas like dominos and offer better dessert options
Service is slow as well and hence 3 stars

Painful, very painful. I have been coming here about once a month since December 2012. I have always ordered online and have to pick up since I live 30 minutes away.
I ordered online again and got an email saying my total was $ 24.78. I get there and they charged me $ 39 and change. I showed them my email and the side of the box that has the correct total and the guy told me I I ordered something I didn’t. It took them 15 minutes to refund me the $ 39 and recharge me.
I love the pizza, always have and always will but I’m taking my money somewhere else from now on. There are a ton of places near me that delivery but my family and I will not driving out there again.

Called in ordered said pick up … Realized I didn’t have the car seats for the kids called back 2 min later tried to change my order to delivery. Was told no I can’t do that what the girl on the phone was super rude about it and was clearly not listening to me. I love your food but your service sucks. Cancelled my order gave up and cooked some good food at home. What a joke

Ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas. Payed for the pizza and brought it out to my car. Opened it up to double check and was given the completely wrong order. Went back in to exchange it for my actual order and the worker didn’t even apologize or do anything to make up the fact I almost left with the wrong order. While getting my actual order, she was too busy talking to another worker and was going extremely slow.
Overall, just a bad customer experience. I will not be returning.

great pizza and there are always good deals to get your bang for your buck. this is where we always choose to get our pizza. try dipping the crust in the garlic sauce.
