It’s decent. The only gripe is throw in the extra salsa for free. When you pay for $ 40 of food

For me, this place is a hit or miss. Sometimes it’s freaking good, others it’s average. But the staff is consistent, they are always so nice. The location is a bit hard to find, especially since its right on the highway. Parking is tight. But chips are the bomb.

Prices are a little high… but foods good for the convenience of being literally down the street from my house.

Had the Lengua Taco and hubby got the chimichanga. Food is alright, nothing special. Our large order of Jimica was filled with ice to the top, probably drank ½ of the cup. Outdoor sitting is better than indoor(you’ll know why when you walk in) kinda expensive for a hole in the wall as well.

On our way to Napa, we were so HUNGRY(not yet hangry… lol), we stopped by this little joint of hole in the wall Mexican place. Boy, did we get a treat here. I didn’t even Unilocal until after we ordered. This place, You have to order at the counter, and they will bring your food to you if you dine in. Most of the orders are probably take outs here so seating is limited. We ordered the Caldo de Pollo(freshly made chicken soup $ 9.99), Taco, Enchilada Y Tostada combo with chicken and steak(green enchilada, YUM $ 10.50) and Tacos de pescado($ 3.50). All the combos come with rice, tomatoes, lettuce and sour cream. Since we dined in, there is free chips and salsa(green, yum!), and both chips and salsas are freshly made! Taco Michoacan seems like an establishment for the locals. People are very friendly and pleasant. If this place was closer to home, it would be my go to. If anyone from LA on your way to Napa, do stop by this cute little place. The food here is SOSO tasty!

I am drunk from Napa and was driving down to find a restroom. I got some lengua(beef tongue) tacos to be courteous to use their bathroom but it turned out their tacos were fucking delicious! I loved it the tortilla was hot and so was the meat! And free chips :) def recommend !

Talk about a good Ol’ fashion Mexican joint. It’s on the smaller side but plenty of seating and a back patio for outdoor dining. Good service. Everything is simple and authentic. This place is the real deal. Delicious food, SOO happy I work right down the street!

Meh. That’s my overall take on this place. They offered a lot of choices, almost too many to choose from! I ordered the burrito as that is what was suggested to me. It was meh. I got the red sauce on top and it had a really weird taste… almost acidic. I have definitely had better Mexican… Service was great though!

Oh man. This place is the bomb. If I’m craving tacos or burritos, I’ll go here. Their green salsa is SO fricking good, it tastes really fresh and has just the right amount of spice to it. I always get either chicken/carnitas tacos or burritos. Really though, their tacos are absolutely delicious and always consistent! They have homemade tortillas on Saturdays and Sundays as well.

Super fast service and they are really nice. Only the food is not always the same. I came here for lunch, my burrito was quickly put together with sour cream on one end. The pastor meat was so greasy and dripped out of the burrito and foil. It made it so soggy, the burrito fell apart when I picked it up. Luckily, I had a big plate, fork and knife at work.

The food is good, steak quesadillas are to die for, and their salsa is delicious. I loved their food even from their taco truck in Napa before they opened this location. But the counter lady is ruder than rude to customers. They better get rid of her or she will either lose the restaurant business or someone might actually physically slap her. The other irritating thing is that they charge you extra for everything you ask for, salsa, chips you name it and it’s extra, even if your dining in they will charge you extra for stuff, REALLY!

Tacos Michoacan caters only to amigos?. i don’t think so. menu is so condensed only gringos can read the small print of what they offer. i.e. i didn’t see any stinking fish tacos listed. so what’s raved about on the reviews? fish, fish, flour tortilla. on weekends only… eats: lenqua burrito(7) –loaded with so much black beans, rice, onions, lengua, etc, burrito *bursted. *maybe the wrapper can’t rap? 3,5 stars frijoles refritos: –cashier smiled, said ‘thank you” as i said«gracias» when she handed me the burrito –hot salsa container. –something authentic here, why is onion present in places that claim to be authentic? –some tables for dining in.

I definitely recommend this place! If you’re thinking of having a Mexican dish, this would be the place especially around the American Canyon/Vallejo area. Only negative was they forgot to switch out my refried beans for black beans, it wasn’t that big of an issue for me. But the employees felt bad, remade me another one and also let me have the other burrito for free! A–

We are new to the community and have been there a few times with good food and great service. But last time we went they messed up my husbands order and when I went back to ask them to make him a new chimichanga with no rice(like he ordered it) the young female cashier was very rude and argued with me saying that she didn’t write down the order with no rice so he must not have ordered it that way(I was standing next to him when he ordered, he said no rice.) She wasn’t willing to make him new food nor refund our money. I’m very disappointed. We will not be back after how rude she was to me. You would think a restaurant that is nearly always almost empty would value a customer and be willing to remake an order that was made incorrectly but I guess not. They just lost us as customers. Going out to eat is a treat, customer service plays a huge part of my experience. I refuse to patronize a place where the employees treat me with such disrespect.

This place is pretty good. This is my daughters favorite place to eat. Depending on who is working you can get extra chips for free. There is one person that works there and will give us a very small handful of chips and when we ask for more it’s $ 2. The fish tacos are usually pretty good but last time I got them the fish did not taste good I had to cover it in salsa to hide the taste. This place is hit or mis. Some days the food is great and other days it’s not that great.

Authentic Mexican food. I had the burrito which was tasty, but not put together tightly enough so had to eat it with knife and fork. That was fine cause it tastes just as good, but definitely would be hard to do if it was to-go. They do have homemade tortilla though, so maybe worth it.

Second visit, and they now have BEER! Ordered the super burrito. It was fantastic! Will be taking the rest home in a box… too much to eat. Very, very good.

I’m all about the vibes when I take the time to go out and eat. The food here is great, but the service isn’t the best. They give you a small amount of chips, and when you ask for more, they charge $ 2. The minimum charge on any card is $ 5, so unless you have cash you’re SOL. It just seems like poor customer service to spend $ 30 on a meal and bee charged extra for every little thing. Next time I’ll probably just order the food to go.

This place was alright. It’s just a convenient place to grab some tacos however I’ve never been to a Mexican place that charged for chips and salsa let alone pico de gallo as well. I would rather go somewhere else to be honest. We got the al pastor and carne asada tacos, to me I thought the meat was a bit dry for my taste however there is some good flavor there. Nothing too special about the tacos but they were decent.
