18:52 entered the store. 18:57 seated and drink order taken. 19:13 order taken, BUT only after i called the restaurant phone 15ft from me to get her back out here. What a frikkin joke this place is. 19:15 came back to ask what I wanted to drink again because she forgot. «Ice water with lemon» then when I got the water(19:17) I had to ask for the lemon again. Smoking our non-smoking? SERIOUSLY?! Give me a break. How about«lung cancer or non-lung cancer»? 19:36 brought food out, looked like crap, neat was dry, sauce was burnt. I left. What a bunch of winners at this location! Guess it’s beef jerky for dinner.

Service was very slow and was having a hard time keeping track of orders, brought multiple orders out and had to ask around to figure who they belonged to. The food was what you expect at Denny’s. You can smoke in this Denny’s so it smells terrible and of course very smokey.

The staff does not care! They’re attire is sloppy as if they just got out of bed. Their attitude reflects the same. You are an inconvenience to them. And they let you know it. They cut corners like not putting bacon and Parmesan cheese in the avocado chicken Caesar. When I asked about it, they said it doesn’t come with that. I pointed at the menu description. Then suddenly, they say they are out of bacon and cheese. Really???

Denny’s how about coming on into the 21st century for the health of your customers and employees and remove your smoking area. Your dinning area is just one open area with ceiling fans, do you really believe the smoke just stays to its own area. Doesn’t help your employees use it as their smoke break area. The service was slow but friendly and the breakfast was ok.

I guess everyone else was having a bad day or wrong server. Kim was prompt, friendly and attentive. She brought everything the way I asked(I’m very picky) and even made suggestions. As a truck driver and former waitress for over 16 years, service like I got today is greatly appreciated. P. S. The apple cobbler is wonderful!

Since Dennys moved into the Flying J the food is very hit and miss. The portions are small and the price is high. I don’t think they filter the water so the coffee varies by location. I had time to kill and Winslow was ok.

Worst Denny’s in America. If you want to wait half an hour in a smoky restaurant for a salad to arrive, then this is the place for you.
