Braum’s Ice Cream & Dairy Stores

I always got a pretty decent hamburger at Braum’s on Grand St. This was the first time I ordered their fries because I’m not fond of the crinkle cut type.
Last night around 9:30 we ordered 2 hamburgers & an order of fries to go. It only took about five mins to get the order as we were the only ones there at the time. This was one of the best burgers I have eaten & the fries were crisp & hot. I love good tomatoes & these didn’t disappoint because they were fresh & firm. We were both very happy with our food. Will definitely go back after this.

Oh my. This was my second ever visit to a Braums (earlier today was my first) as I’m not from the area. I got the #2 meal, which I think was the bacon cheeseburger with fries and a soda, pay $.50 more for a small milkshake. The burger was sooooooo good. So much bigger than I was expecting. Plenty of crisp lettuce, fresh tomato and onion (OK, I picked most of the onion off). Juicy. Delicious.
The fries were good too, though a few more would’ve been nice. The shake was okay too. But the burger blew me away (granted I’m used to Applebee’s and not quality Texas meat). Next time I’m just getting the burger, no meal, and a sundae. Because I am so impressed by their sundaes as well. Great selection, great price. Sure wish there was a braums where I live.

Stay clear of this store and go to the OTHER Braum’s. The service here was poor as was maintenance on the equipment.

Not gourmet dining, but better than a lot of the fast food options out there. The burgers and fries were very tasty. My kids thought the ice cream was amazing. I thought it was okay. But my standards are very high, as I’m an ice cream connoisseur! Biggest hit with with our group was the fresh limeade.

the website is deceiving… way better than the actual locaton. we chose to eat here instead of Whataburger due to the marketing. Ive never been to a braums, but I was so impressed with the website, with fresh food and ice cream made from their own cows. HAHHAHa, sure… so we park and go inside, the menu for the food is almost non existant, I asked the cashier how was the mushroom swiss burger, she told me «ITS GROSS, don’t even try it»! wow… anyways so I had a jalapeño burger and fries… the wait for food? 3 minutes tops, so much for fresh… my fries were cold, and my burger, decent but nothing to eat again. decided to use the restroom… big mistake, was dirtier than a am/​pm shack truck stop. trash even on the floor… ok so then on to the «famous ice cream» straight out of a manufactured box, stale, not that great at all, I would rather have stater bros anyday, and not even close to thriftys ice cream. all in all 2 stars for the impressive marketing, the cover of the book was better than the reading

Food was on the low side of decent. didn’t live up to the hype. ice cream was ok… on the plus side the food was fast. but then again the fries were cold so im assuming not fresh.

Ice cream was good and people were friendly. Not exactly in a good neighborhood and the store is getting rundown, but we still go here anyway.

I am from the West coast and have never been to a Braum’s before, and was on a road trip and decided that this seemed like a must try since they kept popping up on the road from Oklahoma to Texas. This place is very «Americana» scoop shop with sundaes and their own brand of ice cream. There was also a small grocery store with some fresh produce and quarts of ice cream to buy and take home. I’m not sure why you’d buy groceries here, unless you are on the road and needed to pick up a few things.
The establishment was clean, the ice cream was good (But honestly not super fantastic), and it was worth the stop

Another Braums! Gotta love it.
Was nice to get some ice cream as we were driving in from New Mexico.
