I had been staying in «Choice Hotels» during my road trip, Rodeway Inn was clean and accommodating. The room did smell however, thank goodness for air freshener. I asked for extra towels and pillows, no extra pillows ever showed up and the extra towels, were really thin pool towels. All and all it was a nice room, the TV was nice and the beds were so-so. Would I stay here again? Only if in Alvin. I drove too much back from Houston and Galveston, it really was not all that close, but that is my fault. The front desk people were nice, the breakfast was fair, no non flavored creamer, but I was spoiled at a Comfort Inn. The iron was a bit old and it started to tear my clothes when I was using it. Nice place to stay however, I would go back.

This is the best place to stay in Alvin!!! Believe me, I’ve tried them all, including Comfort Inn and Best western. It is newly built and VERY affordable. It is nicely decorated for a Rodeway. Flat panel TVS in every room. It still had that new room smell. It was decorated in that new dark cherry wood color. The guy at the front desk was nice and really accommodating. The king room was spacious with a sofa and table. included. free wifi that actually worked. A decent continental breakfast. It was easily worth more than the amount I paid. Sorry Comfort Inn and Best western(Use to be The best Alvin had to offer) you lose to a Rodeway. Ask to see the room and see how fast you stay the night.
