Had a reservation for over 2 weeks. They were 45 minutes late in picking me up. Also, did not have the vehicle type like my own car. And I was told there were none available around because of flooding in our area. That’s fine, but next time tell me ahead of time so I can make other reservations or arrangements. They did have other vehicles but have to keep them so Ron Carter Service can have them available for their service customers. So again, why take my reservation at all???

These guys don’t care about the customer. Rented a car from another Enterprise across state and the car has major issues. All they wanted to do was to send us to their mechanic. Why should the customer take the car to the mechanic? This isn’t the customer responsibility to take Enterprises car to get them fixed, it’s the company’s! Bad business Walter.
