The most disappointing vehicle purchase Ever! Bought a $ 26,000.00 Encore pontoon in 2013, the trailer blew the axle seal on the way home, they said it wasn’t covered. I called after i put it in the water because the speedometer didn’t work they told me that they are not very accurate anyway not to worry about it. i called to order a replacement cover they never called back. I now have a paint issue on the boat the Encore won’t stand behind and Parker said gee that’s too bad, take a paint chip to a paint store and see if they can match it. Do NOT Do Business here they will take your money and Run!
