Victoria’s Secret

Walked in and asked a girl for a specific product. She said she wasn’t sure if they had it and said look in the drawers. I opened it up to a mess. Shut the drawer and started to walk out. Another girl asked if I needed anything. I said yes and told her it’s hard to find what I want in the messy drawers and that I might as well shop online. She agreed.

Victoria Secret’s product is a 4 or 5 star but I don’t understand how they run their stores. They have about 5 – 6 associates working the floor and 1 person working the register! I’m the next person in line and I’ve been waiting for 15 mins. The line behind me has grown and is starting to wrap around to the other side of registers. The employees are now asking to be excused as we (customers in line) have to part the lane so they can walk back and forth through the store. As I’m thinking in my head, why are there so many working the floor and not the registers! Now the rest of the customers behind me are mumbling out what I was just thinking. Finally I hear an employee call over the radio that the line is ridiculously long and someone needs to take a register. So after 25 mins being the next person in line, I was finally helped!
I love the VS product but I do hate having to purchase it, I spend more time trying to pay than shopping for an item.

I stopped by to get some things while walking out of the mall, and I happened to notice this location.
Getting a gift card was my main point for going here, but I wanted to say Ana at the register was very professional, and very kind!
She is the epitome of professionalism in the Victoria’s Secret customer service! She answered all my questions, and even recommended some other gifts as well!

Standard vickies and consistent with all the others Ive been to. Ive been to take advantage of their semi-​annual sale and came at the end so I didnt find what I was originally there for. However, I did find great deals on night wear! And i love all of their perfumes, so I definitely recommend picking up a bottle for guys or girls! The flavored lip glosses by the registers are def a good buy, too! Helpful staff, as always!
