Visited to get the battery replaced in my fossil watch, was done in less than 5 min and was a total of $ 8 before the Unilocal Deal.
For my purposes, I had a 5 star experience.

I have repeatedly stopped by J.M.T. Jewelers to speak to J. Restrepo about my Rolex watch that was stolen on 4÷26÷2011.
Jose has repeatedly said there is nothing he can do without talking to his lawyer and that all monies from the insurance claim are tied up in an escrow account and when the plaza settles with him for damages he will be able to settle with his clients who had jewelry stolen that night.
I have tried repeatedly to reach Bill Robinson, Esq.
Robinson Law Firm, P.A., sending emails and leaving voice messages to obtain updates, but Mr. Robinson has not returned my calls when he did say in an email to me that «I will be happy to keep you apprised of any progress in getting customer claims resolved as they relate to the burglary, and would be happy to address any other concerns that you may have, to the extent I am able».
Jose does have a ‘used’ Ladies Rolex in his safe that I have personally seen two times, most recently on 4÷18÷2012, when I asked if I could take some pictures. The Ladies Rolex has an oyster bracelet which is different than what I had but would be acceptable.
I proposed to Jose to let me hold/​take the Rolex as collateral until the plaza settles with him at which time he could then provide me with a one carat diamond bezel and 3 extra links that would make me whole again.
I would stay away from JMT at all costs. My Rolex was stolen 30 months again and I am still patiently waiting. NEVER have they even reached out to me with a phone call, letter or email.
