FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I went in the store on a Saturday at 2:00 pm. I had some time sensitive documents I wanted to overnight. Clerk said, no problem. Typed on the computer for at least five minutes, turned to me and said ” That’ll be $ 78.80 and it will be there Tuesday sometime after noon”. WTF? I can fly to the Bahamas for $ 72. And I’ll get there the same day. THIS s place is a joke, the clerk was rude and couldn’t answer basic questions. USPS will overnight them THIS morning for $ 20 and they’ll be there tomorrow at 10:00. Never again.

I went there for a very easy work load! I had one illustrator file that need just ten copies! I asked if they could load my google drive account and they said no. The file was too big to email so I said that’s fine I’ll buy a thumb drive from you and transfer it from your workstations… Log in only to find out all their browser don’t support google drive? They gave me my money back but had no intention of helping me. It’s sad when it’s 2015 and I cannot transfer a file using a very popular drive site nor would they let me… Not a very professional attitude for making money which I assume is most businesses end goal. I would of gladly paid for their services if they gave me even a single effort of help but instead lost business from me probably forever.

When I am in need of printing, faxing or anything in massive quantities that my lil old printer at home can’t handle… I head down the street to this FedEx Office! Totally trustworthy =)
This time I was in need of a poster to be printed. When I called about the bleed info, they said when I was ready to submit the file I could drop it off or go online to set up the order. I decided to set it up online since the walk through was super easy.
There was a notice that I would have to call the store 30 min after I submitted my order so I could confirm and walk through any details needed with the specific location. I set my alarm to remind me and before it went off… THEY called ME! How awesome? Such great customer service.
The print was ready within 24 hours and it came out great! When I stopped in to pick it up the process was so simple. They reviewed it with me to verify everything was correct and they also provided me with all of the communication we had, emails, phone calls etc with all details. They were very thorough and anytime I am in need of their services, I know I can always trust them!
