24 hour Subway! Do I need to say more?! Great place to grab a midnight snack. I frequent here when school opens as it is very close by.
The food is great in my opinion but the staff at this branch is not always as courteous as they should. But for convenience purposes, I do come here often.

We come here alot. The area is good and its the only 24 hour subway around. And when you have the munchies a 24 hour subway is the place to come and gorge yourself and convince yourself your being healthy. Let’s face it. beats Five guys but lets face it that place is a greasy heart attack waiting to happen.
My lousy score is because everytime we come here there are major issues with managment here. I have to chalk it up to managemnt because they leave new people here all the time with no supervisor. Like leaving Rip Taylor to do your sandwhich and like lettuce being thrown around like confetti…
So
if you want an Avacado sandwich with no avacadoes this is the place to come.
If you want your sandwhich drier than a ben stien joke or monty python episode… er cheap wine or to where it so dry that it tears the roof of your mouth like Captain Crunch did as a kid for you…
If you want your tea old and mildewy and older than your grandma or even your grandma’s grandma or that lady you know take more pills than she needs just so she can drive at 100yrs old in the fast lane at 12mph. (I am sure you can grow stuff in this tea that may not be legal.)
this is the place to come.
If you want your soda flat (like Miley Cyrus — her voice weirdos) or surapy and sappy tasting sodas .this is the place to come. If you want to be told when you ask for green tea that they don’t know how to make it this is the place to come.
If you want strange stares and offbeat speed that makes getting your sandwich uncomfortable while a person take 25 minutes to process and order and your sandwich is cold (after being tosted now sits out dried up like Hillary Clintons starchy hair) sitting while people have no idea how to team to streamline and process the order this is the place to come.
I will not be coming here again.
I came here after waiting forever fot my sandwich to be made asked for light Jalepenos as it was drenched in Jalepnos i sat amazed at the fact that the lady making my sandwhich did everything the opposite of what I asked.
After this painful process I went to get green tea in which i noticed there was none. I proceeded to ask not once but 2x kindly. I asked 2 seperate people in the span of 20 minutes… and no reply. No words uttered nothing. No sign language. Nothing. I think they were ignoring me. So as they ignored me I proceeded to get my green tea I took the container to my table and dumped it at my table in which I exclamed like Braveheart. There is no more green tea… no reply except a gentleman there with his child seemed a little uneasy.
While my visit to Subway was nearing the length of a Lord of the Rings Movie. I realized I would write this Unilocal review.
While waiting I made an attempt to call the 1 – 800 # on the reciept it would ring two times and hang up. So after 10 calls with the same result I posted this masterpiece and wrote a less funnier version of my escapade to management or marketing or whatever organization is in charge of this three ring circus.

I leave for work early in the morning every weekend and not many stores are open at 4AM so I come here all the time.
My initial impressions of the store is that it’s very well managed. The tables are always clean, there is no trash to be seen, and the employees give me a friendly welcome.
I’m pretty picky when it comes to my sandwiches. A lot of other Subways and sandwich stores oversauce and season their sandwiches but Ryan consistently makes my sandwiches perfectly. He puts the right amount of vegetables and sauce on my sandwiches per my request.
The only thing I can fault this store for is that it is hot sometimes. Either the AC is not turned on or it does not work at all.

Best subway I’ve ever been to, employees always greet you with a smile and my sub is always made perfectly and I always love it when rachelle makes my sub

This place is close to home. The staff are really nice. I love the spicy Italian. The food is always fresh is now open 24 hours. They place is kept neat and clean.

Im happy this place is 24 hours i thought i was going to have to wait until 7 am for a subway to open so finding this place was a pleasant surprise. I got a steak egg and cheese sandwich with extra veggies as usual. Time to fuel up for my hike :)

Restaurant was mostly empty only 2 other customers and fairly Clean. Some tables and chairs did have Some crumbs and needed to be wiped down. Friendly staff quick service. My sandwich was made to my liking. I have 2 complaints however 1 is that my flat bread was way too hard like cardboard, the worst ive had at any subway and I did request it toasted. Second is that they don’t carry my favorite drink half and half iced tea! I think ill try out the Flame Broiler next door before i attempt to visit again. Nice tip: FREE COOKIE WITH CHECK IN!

Getting my favorite sandwich from my favorite subway! Daniela is the best! She Always makes our visits there a great time and she makes the best sandwiches too!
The one thing I need with my hours is a healthy place to eat late at nite.
The vibe here is friendly and the service is always top notch! The only negative is that is not close to my home but at least it is on the way there.
I wish the half and half lemonade and iced tea was not discontinuing but oh well, the sandwiches that Daniela makes and the friendly vibe Dominic brings as a team is amazing. Some places are good but they make u feel like family!
I give them a two thumbs up for customer service!
If there was any thing disappointing about the place it has to be the chairs and tables outside. They are loose and not that sturdy, so when u sit outside the tables wobble a little bit, but I don’t come for that, it really is how the staff make us feel and the food never disappoints!

I come here all the time, and everyone who works here is completely awesome. If I could give more than five stars I would. Of course it goes without saying that the staff is exceptionally patient and is happy to help you. This location is also open 24 hours, which is no small benefit, I usually come pretty late after working when all the other restaurants in town are closed, and even after the longest of days I always leave with a smile.

Just got a spicy Italian salad and a chicken breast sandwich made by Jesse. He’s an amazing employee! Super helpful and made really good food. I hope he’s working every time I go in.

These fools are nasty they don’t change gloves for shit when they make your food. I hope I don’t get sick from that shit

Amazing! I had come in and ordered a six-​inch sub and one of the employees mixed up and gave me someone else’s sub at the register, I hadn’t noticed until 2 hours later and came back, explained myself, and they were so kind and understanding. They gave me a footlong sub of the same sandwich to make up for it! Also, the fact that they’re open 24 hours is freaking awesome. This is officially my go-​to subway restaurant.

Super nice attitude I love going her on my break I always get Vanessa she is so nice and I think she remembers my order sometimes I don’t even say what I want on my sub and she has it in there already I like it here a lot

I’ve been going to this Subway location for many years now, they have always had great customer service. I have met a lot of people that work at this location and they are all great people and make great sandwiches, with of course the exception of a select few. Sabrina makes a great sandwich and is a very sweet girl. If you ever stop by to get a sandwich ask for her, if she is not working Ben, Vanessa and Romero are great as well.

This by far was best SUBWAY I have been too. They were very busy but still said hello to us as we walked in and the Vegies seemed very fresh as always and the place was VERY clean. Subways are hard to mess up but these guys were best I have seen.

Have been coming here for the last 3 years and ive never had a problem. Great customer service and clean environment. Always greeting people who come in and never have a problem with difficult customers. Will continue to come here as long as im still in chaffey college or in the area

It’s subway… The food is the same at each place. I gave this a low rating because of the service. It started out good… We were welcomed when we came in. As I ordered my food it was clear that I had a newbie… I hope he was. It took forever for him to create my sandwich. In fact the 2 ladies behind me passed me, since their sandwich maker knew what to do. As I got to my location and opened my sandwich… What a mess. He didn’t wrap it tightly and it was all over the place. As I gathered my sandwich back, I noticed he didn’t even cut it in ½ after I asked him. I will skip this place and find a new subway… Besides their parking lot sucks

This is the closest Subway to my house and my husband and I have been here a few times now.
Eh, probably not my favorite Subway. This Subway is really stingy on the amount of stuff they put in your sandwich. I don’t think they wipe down their soda machines as often as they should since they are always sticky.
We walked in here one time and the entire place was smokey. Is there a fire in here?!
The last time I was here, I ordered a footlong and was quite disappointed. It was mostly bread, hardly any chicken or lettuce, 3 pieces of banana peppers and only 3 thin slices of tomato. It’s like «can I have a bit more?» and they add like 2 more pieces of lettuce. «Ugh»
My husband and I had split the sandwich so I got 2 tomatos and he only got 1.
Even if it was a $ 5 footlong, I didn’t intend to just eat a loaf of bread for my lunch.
I also noticed they have «Now Hiring» signs posted all over.

So there are good subways and bad subways. We all know it depends on the store management. Well unfortunately this is one of the bad ones. I know I will not return to this one.
I stopped in for a $ 5 footlong. Just like I do everytime I am on my way to go snowboarding locally. But lo and behold, they swapped the pricing on me. They stated what I had obtained for $ 5 last week at a different location was $ 6 at their location.
Pro Tip: Easy freeway access right next to Vons with 2 — 15 minute parking spaces right in front.
The taste of my sandwich was ok. The attitude of the workers and the holier than thou prescience was not tolerable. Just the nonchalance of their response, the flippance in their voice and demeanor, let alone their desire to not be there and wonderment of why my friend and I were bothering them before 9am. How dare we. Let alone the absolute gall that I displayed in requesting extra spinach and lettuce on my Sammie!!! WTH azzzholes you should be happy that I am stopping in to patronize your place of business. Do not think you are special just because you have a gig. You need to treat your patrons well.
Pro Tip #2: Go to the subway location on Campus next to the 210 in lieu of this one for much better Customer Service.
If you had simply explained that the pricing was different at your store in a different manner than the one in which I ordered the exact same thing a week prior and 2 freeway exits away, well guess what! I wouldn’t have gone ape chit about your poor customer service and communication skills. Let alone the fact that you were condescending to me. Also if my subway melt as a «hot» Sammie was to be $ 5 why was my friends meatball sub only $ 5 when that was served out of the hot tray!!! Great reasoning why my Sammie was more expensive than my friends eh?
