this is the worst location to buy pizza from domino’s… staff is unfriendly and just rude all around. my friend had ordered from school and with only a $ 50 had to get change from the student store, the delivery man left before my friend was able to come back and pay(note: it was directly on campus, not even a minute) called again, they made a new order and he was in class this time, by the time he had gotten up there(2 minutes) delivery man was gone yet again. my friend ordered online afterwards, gets a call back saying they will no longer deliver because we’ve «wasted» too many products and too much time. this is just the worst place to order and will no longer return for their lack of customer service and while on the phone, Adam, the domino’s employee had an attitude. thank you domino’s for the crappy service.

I used to love ordering from here, but within the last 6 months it started getting bad. Every time I call to make an order, no one answers the phone. It would get to the point where I have to call the another Domino’s in Rancho if they can deliver to my school. They have to transfer my call to this location. I recently ordered a medium pizza with 2 toppings… I was told it was going to take 40 minutes. 40 minutes are you kidding me?! I waited at least an hour. Not ordering from here anymore.

The store manager is the rudest person ever! Calinda is her name and the way she yells at her employee is horrible. The vibe in this place is so heavy. Bad management/

We were told 15 minutes and when we got there they told us thay were under staffed and it would take another 15 minutes and the staff was rude and another person came in and was told the same thing, they then cancelled their order and left. We would’ve too but we were feeding kids before a soccer game, and now they’ll have to eat on the road. Throughly disappointed, we won’t be back.

Dominoes pizza leaves a lot to be desired. And I LOVE pizza! Even cheap Little Caesars pizza! I live down the street from this place and after a long day of swimming I felt a bit peckish and decided to order carryout from my neighborhood Dominoes. I got the 2 medium 2 topping for 5.99 deal and a order of the«specialty chicken» buffalo style. The pizza is basically devoid of toppings. Each slice has 2 ½ pepperonis and 2 tiny mushrooms. Really? Come on dominoes. The specialty chicken is a insult to chickens everywhere. It’s definitely reheated type of breaded chicken with buffalo sauce and some kind of cheese I’ve never had. I can’t tell what kind of cheese it as because it’s mere crumbles. I’ve learned my lesson: Never be lazy to get decent pizza. To add insult to injury they don’t give you crushed pepper or Parmesan cheese! They charge you $ 1 for each!!! Wtf… That’s like standard at ANY pizza joint. Terrible. Don’t waste your money.

We are local to this domino’s so we use them whenever we’re in the mood for pizza. We have never had an order wrong and always get the pizza in a timely manner. And usually before their estimated time. The people there are also very friendly. They do not give out free pepper or cheese packets. But not a big deal to me. I went to the store and bought pepper for $ 2, twice the size of what they sell it for and we are not wasting throwing away the packets we don’t use. Overall we have used them for years without a hitch. I saw the reviews on here and was very surprised at some of the reviews. Thank you, JSmith

We were charged wrong and we were not able to handle it with supervisor on duty. I called the dominos corporate but this location is a franchise so they sent a message to the franchise owner and I received a call from Colinda, a manager on site. She was very nice. Was able to see where they over charged me and corrected the situation. She also put a credit on my account to try them again. Mistakes are made because we are all human but how the mistakes are fixed is what matters. Colinda did an excellent job at fixing the mistake. I agree with those saying it is a bummer they charge for red peppers. I know this cost them money but in this day and age where the expectations is the condiment will be free(ketchup for your fries) it comes off as a little cheap to charge for red peppers. Just my two cents I wasn’t willing to pay for the red peppers.

The pizza is alright, pretty good, but obviously not the best. What really ticks me off is that they DON’T OFFERFREEPEPPERPACKETS! I mean WTF, every other pizza place offers free PEPPERPACKETS. THATISJUSTCHEAP and WRONG. Complaining to corporate about this.

Pizza is so so, but they have gotten even cheaper as a company. They charge a buck if you want red pepper flakes. Not sure when that happened but I won’t be back.

Called in for a delivery, we just moved into a new house an were starving after working hard all day and could not believe how HOT our pizza was when it arrived. It was soooo good and fresh, I have never had a better pizza from Dominos before. Soo glad this is the Dominos that delivers to my new neighborhood. Can’t wait to order again!!!

For dominoes this place is pretty good, honestly I would download the dominoes app and use it to find the best deals and make sure your order is clear as possible. I have used the app about six times now and my order is perfect everytime. Now understand when you get two pizzas for 10 bucks your not going to get the most bomb diggity gourmet pizza, but you will get what you pay for. Next time you want to complain about pizza see how much it would cost to make your own pizza for 10 bucks and see what it taste like :)

Really disappointed with this place… or maybe all Dominos in general. I ordered 2 pizzas a while ago and can’t even say anything good about them. The pepperoni is flavorless and the meatballs have a weird taste that leaves an even worst after taste. The only positive I can muster up is the fact that the food got here pretty fast? I don’t know, their pizza is cooked and formulated down to a science so that’s really not a good thing. Last time I order from dominos again.

I really dissapointed with the pizza. It taste so bad and totally dried out. This store is the worst compare to other dominoes store to make pizza. The manager said I can not get the replacement since the pizza already eaten even only 1 bite. It means they can sell it back to others… I won’t come back for the second time to this store.

Everything was yummy. Really like their pizza since they changed the crust and stuff. Way better pizza. Tried white sauce with pepperoni and jalapeños today too and it was good.

Save yourself the headache and get your pizza elsewhere. I had heard a lot in the news about dominos new approach to pleasing customers and their updated recipes so I decided to give it a try over my usual pizza place. Armed with my shoprunner account for free delivery and a coupon for my order I signed onto the domino’s site and attempted to place an order for 1 large pizza. I was met with an error processing order screen. For some reason this store was not taking online orders. I tried twice more over the course of an hour with no better luck. They then give you a number to call the store to place the order that way. When I called I was placed on hold for 10 minutes with nobody getting back to me and then they hung up. The management here needs to do a better job if they plan to stay in business. What use is touting your improved recipes if your customers are unable to order quickly and conveniently?

Edit: After trying this Dominos again, I have to stick with my 1 star. Let me save everyone a trip and help you decide to go elsewhere: Dominos is open until 11 or 12 on any given night, so the girlfriend and I decided to place an order online and get it for carry out(about 9:15pm). We ended up buying a medium pizza with a couple of toppings. When we arrived we, along with another couple who had just shown up, were met with a sign that said«Carry out closes at 9pm.» I could understand if there was an emergency, but they should have called to let us know that we can’t place an order for pick up and would have to get the order delivered. So on top of wasting time and gas, we didn’t even get the pizza we wanted. But that worked out to our benefit. At Papa John’s(Even though their cheese falls off as soon as you pick up the pizza) we got the same type of pizza, except a large, with MORE toppings and free sauces for 4 dollars LESS than Dominos! — — — — — — — — — What we ordered: *Breadsticks *Garden Salad w/o dressing *Chicken Cesar salad w/Cesar dressing. The driver was new, and that is okay, but he forgot the sodas. Then, as he drove off we noticed they also forgot the dressing for the chicken salad. The driver repeatedly stated«Yeah, I don’t know I haven’t been working here very long…» I had to call the store to ask them to bring my dressings down. I feel bad, why should they have to bring down just dressing, but at the same time, it’s their own fault. Very disappointed in the service overall. The food was alright, nothing to complain about there other than the fact that there wasn’t any dressing…
