Ridgeline Roofing redid my mom’s roof in Upland. They were very hard to schedule because they were in such demand. They pushed back our start date a couple of times. Once they started, the quality of work is fantastic! We really love our new roof. They completed the whole re-​roofing in about a week as they said they would.
The only reason I docked a star was because of the owner’s wife. She was extremely unprofessional to deal with, asking for the rest of the money before the job was completed. If you’re helping your husband run a business, learn to be professional. Luckily, Randy sorted it through with my brother. We understand this is a family run business but that doesn’t mean you should be any less in providing good customer service. Don’t be argumentative and combative. Be wary of dealing with the wife– I would advise speaking to Randy himself. My brother got a good impression from him throughout the whole transaction and our roof looks lovely.
Their prices are very reasonable, they are licensed and bonded. They provide free estimates and sometimes they advertise in your local coupon books which I noticed after our roof was already completed.
