I had a very disappointing experience with the Thomasville alpharetta store. They were very helpful up until the sale. On delivery day, the delivery service was rude and unable to deliver my couch. They did deliver a chair and ottoman. The delivery service asked me to sign which I declined as the biggest piece was sitting on their truck. I asked them to take back the chair and ottoman. The driver refused and told me he was instructed by the store manager at thomasville to not take back anything they had delivered. Basically I felt as though I was being held hostage. I was unable to get help from the salesman I had worked with. The Thomasville manager called me and told me the sale document says I guarantee that the elevator is big enough. This felt to me like a threat rather than a helpful, trying to solve the problem manner. After e mailing, texting and calling the salesman he finally called me the following week. A second delivery was set up and this time two very nice guys showed up. They delivered the couch in about 45 minutes! Kudos to these two gentlemen! I spent $ 3,600 at Thomasville. I do not feel like I am a valued customer. Customer service these days is key. There are stores that I frequent often because I know I will be treated with respect as a valued customer. This is not one of them. Continuing the same theme, no one has called me to follow up since the delivery.

I had a fantastic experience and the manager was great! He helped my husband and I and answered all our questions. I cannot wait to see my new furniture. I have ordered several times from this store and always have a great experience. It seems people only like to post negative, ugly comments.

My wife and I visited this store over 3 months ago and purchased a sectional sofa. To this date we have not received all the pieces. The sofa was first delivered to the wrong state, then delivered broken, and three weeks after that delivery has not been returned repaired. The most frustrating part is you cannot get anyone at Thomasville to OWN the problem and get a resolution. The store manager, and I quote from his email said, «there is nothing I can do from here». The furniture may be high quality but the service after the sale is as low as it gets.

We moved here last summer, yes, almost a year ago and ordered a custom made dining room table. It’s June already and we are still without the table we ordered. After coming out to our house, taking measurements, they screwed up and the table we got delivered has a disproportionate table top to the huge pedestals. Not anything like the measurements or the pictures. After months of basically demanding that they fix their mistake, they finally agreed and 8 weeks ago, they supposedly put in the order to have the top remade and replaced. Well, after 8 weeks, my wife finally called to check on it. Here’s a side note, since their stuff is «custom made» under normal circumstances, it will take weeks to months to get your stuff. So we find out that it was never ordered… their mistake. Seriously? We just moved here and there are other«stuff» we need to furnish our house but we would be freaking idiots to ever order furniture from these Bozo’s again.
