This Subway used to be one of my favorite locations. I work close by & this is convenient for lunch. The place is clean & employees are polite enough, but the sandwiches are small. I guess they have switched their focus to profit margins and skimp on the sandwich toppings. The last 2 visits required me to ask for them to add more… 4 spinach leaves, 2 small tomatoe slices & 3 tiny pickles for a 6″ sandwich really doesn’t cut it… my request was met with a glare.

This Subway is at the corner of Webb Road and Morris Road in Milton. This Subway has some serious customer service consistency issues. When the manager is there, this Subway is great and when she is gone, it is awful! I have gone to this location many times this is always the case (I try to go before 3pm because that seems to be when the manager is in). I thought I would give it another shot today and it was after 3pm (bad idea). The dining tables and chairs were filthy, the associates were not friendly and the experience left a lot to be desired. Dine at your own risk.
