After our first meeting of the day, we used the Unilocal app to find coffee — and this was the closest place. This Starbucks is one of the larger locations I’ve been to — and it was not crowded. Plenty of seating. Ordered a Grande Cold Brew coffee with room for cream. Drink was strong and delicious! Hit the spot and got my neurons firing!

This is the least crowded Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Like, I was maybe 1 of 10 people in there. So nice to walk in and get a seat without having to fight for one. The staff are why I bump this down to 3 stars. They seemed so bored and apathetic from a slow day, and didn’t engage very well. However, they did a good job keeping the place clean: no straw papers lying around, crumbs on tables, etc. So, there’s that. If I’m in the area again, I’ll stop by. I only came in to kill time before an appointment nearby.

I made certain I visited on 3÷9÷2015 for three reasons: A. 30% off for Starbucks Reward Members. 2. The Sulawesi coffee and chocolate croissant. D. This visit elevates my membership to gold level. Named for an island in Indonesia, the Sulawesi coffee is a dark roast. As it is described, bold, smooth and elegant. It is more herbal to me than spicy. I think this is one of the more smooth dark roasts I have experienced from among Starbucks’ coffees. As with any coffee I drink, I do not add cream or sugar to mask the bitterness of the bean and detract from its flavor. The classic croissant and the chocolate croissant are among the best I have ever tasted. The use of 100% butter makes a difference in taste and texture. Flaky [and messy], crunchy, yet soft in the middle. These croissants are addicting!

This is a great little Starbucks in Alpharetta. I do a lot of business in the area so I frequently pop in here in between meetings. They always remember my name, and seem to know a lot of the regulars by name. It’s not a cramped space and there is always an available seat or two. I am happy this little spot exists even though it IS a Starbucks. That’s my word and I’m sticking to it.

Last Sunday, I came to this location to enjoy a breakfast sandwich that I’d had days before. The sandwhich was pretty damn good which is why I returned. The sign referencing the price was incorrect as I found out when I went to pay. When I inquired, the cashier simply said«oh, that’s not correct…» She then took the sign out of the display area, scribbled the correct price on it and then STILL charged me for the correct price. While the difference was $ 1, I really felt cheated by the customer service opportunity that she could have created. Normally, one would charge you the price that’s displayed since it’s clearly the business’ error — not the customer’s. I paid nonetheless because I didn’t have the energy to engage in a back & forth with her. And while the sanwhich was really good, the customer service left a really bad taste in my mouth.

I’m not sure who decides whether to get starbucks based on a Unilocal review, but why not review great service. I tutor in this location so I’m there often and the baristas are just top-notch. One gentleman in particular(sorry I haven’t gotten his name) may be the friendliest barista I’ve ever met. He has always seems to ask about the customer’s day and remembers details about them(like the fact that I used to be a high school teacher and we once talked about how his sons play high school football). This kind of personal connection makes Starbucks feel more like Cheer’s. That’s a win. Moreover, this particular location has a great patio and is a great place to work.

I like the ‘hidden in plain site’ appeal of this location(and not as crazybuzy as the other Windward Starbucks). Great service, great beverages(this from a non coffee drinker). Manager is super nice as well.

I think this is by far one of my favorite locations to come to. the staff is over the top awesome, and go above and beyond to talk to you, and make sure your drink is made correctly how you like it. The store is always clean and organized. The seats are always filled, and theres a constant chatter. This location also has a nice patio, and a large parking area. Ive met here for job interviews, trip plannings, and just to catch up with good friends. I love late night when the staff will sometimes cut up the pastries that are going bad and bring around a sample tray :) The morning crew gets to know you by name and drink order which makes the morning rush not as miserable. It is a little out of my way most days, but its well worth the drive :)

«At Starbucks I like ordering a „Tall venti in a grande cup.“ That’s basically me asking for a small large in a medium cup.» Jarod Kintz, This Book Has No Title This is a nice Starbucks. Lots of tables, both inside and out, While the parking lot offers no spectacular views, it’s great not to have to worry about finding a place to sit down when drinking my Tall Venti in a Grande Cup! Friendly baristas.

Its a nice Starbucks but I have been to better. The staff was nice and friendly; I will still come back back cause of it. They didn’t know that they were out of ice coffee until after I ordered it but they made it up by giving me a free drink coupon.

Work a mile away and this is our daily respite from the office grind. Location is larger than the other Starbucks West of 400 on Windward and I prefer the baristas and much larger patio here. About 10 tables outside where you can relax and chat or conduct business as many due. No drive-thru

I don’t go to Starbucks often, but somehow I find myself in this one a lot on Saturdays. Friendly staff, quick, and product is as good as any Starbucks I’ve been to.

I work a couple miles away and find myself in this Starbucks from time to time(I was in there today). There is another closer to work, but if I’m in the area, I’ll stop by. Probably go in this one 3 or 4 times per year. They’ve always been crowded/had a line, but they always move it quickly and are professional. A good Starbucks location.

The friendliest barista of any Starbucks! Love this Starbucks! Also, great that you can sit outside! A little annoying that people always feel they need to let their cars running while waiting or hanging out for 20 minutes, but love that place!

It’s a chain, but at least it’s consistent, most of the time. This location has always been good though, and there is a guy named Matt that is very knowledgeable of coffee. It was a nice end to my lunch break today.
