Claims to close at 10, but actually closes at 9. Decent coffee, decently quick. Everything depends on luck though.

Pros: Extremely convenient drive thru location especially when running errands with an ornery 2 yr old in the Milton/Alpharetta location. Order’s are usually correct — considering I’ve been going here for almost 10 years it’s ok if they’ve screwed up my order a few times! Cons: They used to have the best people working the drive thru. Fast, efficient and funny. The people they have now are not very good. The drive thru line usually moves quickly but have noticed recently that we sit way too long. I don’t know what’s going on with this location but they need to figure it out!

It’s your basic Starbucks, but is managed by at least one incompetent human being named Holly Hunter. That woman will be the demise of this establishment. Tonight, she: –insulted one of her employees within four feet away from my fiancé and myself –wouldn’t let me carry my fiancé’s glass of champagne to the table, called me out in front of the whole store. Embarrassed me. He was carrying 2 other drinks, popcorn, and two laptops. The champagne was given to us last, so obviously that would be the item I would carry. –denied a beer to my fiancé because she said she saw him sharing his glass of champagne with me(I originally ordered the champs but she said I couldn’t get it since my ID is vertical… understandable. But DONOT accuse a customer of something they haven’t done. My hubs likes champagne too, fool.) –walked in after her break with some freakish music blaring on her phone, interrupting everyone in the shop and directing all eyes on her. Sorry not sorry. We came here for a nice night and she ruined it. Never again. BTW she told her employee that he needed to look more presentable. He looked TOTALLY presentable. She, on the other hand, has greasy hair and smells like unwashed scalp. Corporate has been contacted.

Long time since my 1st review. This is pretty much my fav«Bux» as we call it in my house location now. Hubby says the a.m. crew is awesome. I’m a mid to late afternoon visitor M-F and this crew is good as well. Weekend crews are a bit more hit or miss, but for the most part good. Also, this location is good with their mobile orders, and I love me some mobile ordering! No more complicated dissertations at the drive thru speaker. I’ll bypass my Kroger Starbucks to get my drink from here.

This Starbucks used to be my usual spot when I’m at a client in Alpharetta. Literally would go out of my way to come here. However, there’s been a lot of turnover in this store recently and most of the baristas that I’ve known for the last couple years have moved on. The new crew seems a bit disconnected and a whole lot less sociable. My drinks are always made right, but it can be slow(especially when all the kids from Kings Ridge Christian School show up) since it is a small location. But, it is a Charbucks, so obviously you get what you expect — inconsistent roast, no flavor, etc. The plus side is that it is a little more quaint than some of the other Starbucks in the area if you want to get some work done in one of the comfy chairs.

It’s Starbucks what more can I say really. A bunch of people sitting around with Macbooks and ipads drinking a beverage that sounds like a science project when mentioned. My drink of choice when I go in is Chai latte soy no water with a shot of espresso.

This is typically my goto Starbucks because of the drive-thru. Not because I’m lazy, but because I’m in a hurry. When I’m in a hurry and the drive thru line is wrapped around the store, I go in. I go in expecting faster service. Imagine what I’m thinking as the line grows inside and it takes over 15mins to get a overpriced coffee? Don’t worry, I’ll tell you. I’m thinking wow, I don’t mind paying for my overpriced coffee when I can get it and go. And it is true, most of us only write a review when we are unhappy with service. So Starbucks, get your ish together. Stop doing inventory in the middle of a rush and serve you customers. Your coffee isn’t «that» good, it’s the drive thru that I like.

This location has a drive through, which i have learned is not the method of choice to receive your coffee, if you want to get out of there within a reasonable time… i understand people go through the drive through to be lazy and«save time» but these guys need some training from the one on old Milton parkway… I went by the other day on the way home, ordered 2 iced drinks. immediately ot one of them, then the guy brings the second drink to the window, gives me the ‘hang on just a sec«finger, turns and starts a conversation with a lady at the counter… I kid you not. 6 minutes go by, and finally i tapped on the window, and you could see the«ohhh crap i forgot» look on his face… comes over and quickly hands me the second drink… Not cool… On the flip side, during the weekdays there is an older man that works here that is amazing. super friendly and fast. No matter what time or day i stop by here the caramel macchiato NEVER tastes the same… i think ive given up on this drink from this location :(but its the closest to work without going to target and sometimes its just starbucks o;clock… i think the decorations and seating area outside are nice, the pots are very well landscaped/potted.

«Starbucks says they are going to start putting religious quotes on cups. The very first one will say, «Jesus! This cup is expensive!» – Conan O’Brien This Starbucks is tucked away off Highway 9 and wouldn’t make for a great postcard. Baristas are friendly. Not a very big shop, drive thru available. Some outdoor seating, but not much to look at though. Drive thru available.

Love this Starbucks. They even have a drive through. You do have to get there early, before the schools start to get the sweets, as this is a big stop on the way to school for many parents with students. I have found the employees to be friendly, knowledgable, and very aware that most of the customers are on their way to work or school and they try to get them in and out as quickly as possible in a very efficient manner. I stop back here many times through the week. Love the free wifi!
