I came here after getting email a coupon for a free small Original Sandwich with the purchase of a fountain drink and chips. There were some issues with the register not accepting the coupon, so the manager actually let me just have it gratis. I was impressed with the customer service, but literally remember absolutely nothing about the sandwich… So customer service gives this place an extra star, but the unmemorable food should tell you as much as you want to know. Also, parking is a bit difficult here, as the lot is small and shared, so be aware you may have *gasp* walk a little ways after parking. **Join the mailing list, and for your birthday you get a coupon for one small Original Sandwich, with the purchase of a drink and chips.

Not bad. I come here often to pick up lunch for our company on mondays. Food is alway ready when I pick it up… and I cannot resist the cinnabons inside! Only thing is this place is popular so its hard find parking and walking here in heels in hard! But worth the struggle lol.

I went to the doctors and thought I’d stop. I have always been a fan of Schlotzsky’s. My original on wheat was terrible. Just a tomato, slight cheese, a couple of pieces of meat and some lettuce. That is NOT the sandwiches. I got it to go so I realized it when I got home. The pickle was good. The broccoli/cheese soup was okay. Typical fast food soup. The kid put a container in my bag, which I think was cheese, and it was coagulated. I don’t know why this was in my bag. It always scares me when cheese just jumbles together… very disappointed.

I stopped here on the way to work today. I have only been here 1 other time. I got the smoked turkey sandwich meal with everything. It comes with chips and a drink. Size meduim. After I freaked the f out cuz it was $ 9.70…yes 10 bucks for a turkey sandwich. Anyway… The bread is warm crunchy on out side soft inside and not too much of it. The turkey had good flavor and tasted fresh. Just enough mayo salt and pepper. Easy to eat in the car. Did not even spill a drop on my camel wool coat or my wool infinity scarf as I was all bundled up cuz it is 20 degrees here in Alpharetta Ga today. For drive through it is decent fast food but WAY over priced.

Um, why is the service so slow? Waiting 10 minutes in the drive-through, when you are the ONLY person in line, is not acceptable. I know it doesn’t take that long to make a vegetarian sandwich. That is all.

I stopped by this morning after I found that the Subway near my home was closed this morning. The place was nearly abandoned. The only people inside at 10:45 in the morning were the employees going about getting themselves ready for the morning. After a few minutes of considering the options, I decided on a sandwich. The employees were friendly and helpful, and overall the sandwich was good. It was a little overpriced, however, so I will probably be back, but I probably won’t be a regular.

To compare my experience to Stacy G’s when I stopped by it was a pretty light crowd. I was able to order my food get in, get out without too much fuss. Very friendly and patience. They have pizza’s as well as sandwiches, salads, drinks and soup. My Sandwich was A-OK i’m not crazy about the cornbread type bread it’s served on but as a one off every now and then it’s not bad.

This is a once a year restaurant for me. Their sandwiches are interesting and tasty, yet somewhat boring and dry. This location is pretty popular with the skinny cubicle dweller ladies, and stays really busy. They are really undersized for the crowds they get, so you’re always bumping into folks. The parking lot is also pretty tiny, and traffic is a pain. There are far better eating alternatives, even on Old Milton.
