I would like to remind Pier 1 that they are Pier 1, not Pottery Barn. Therefore your stuck up, snobby, lack of customer service isn’t really in the right place/store. I love this store. Have for years. This store though. Y’all. The attitude of the employees does not make me want to give them my business and I am in the process of finishing off our house from a decorative standpoint. This staff in this store makes it painful to go here or call the store. So. I try not to. I shop online if I need/want something. Can anyone recommend a customer service seminar to these ladies!!!

Nice, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Typical Pier One, with merchandise piled up everywhere creating navigational hazards. I visited 3 times and was welcomed at the front door. If I was ever in the market for the sort of items that Pier One sells, I would return to this store.

They need a customer service make over! We found this particular store as we were staying overnight in a hotel nearby while closing for our house near the Canton area. We had seen some furniture on their online store and wanted to see if they had it at their store as well; at the time of our visit, the sale representatives were great, very informative and helpful. The store had a better looking table and we choose it, with 6 chairs and two accent chairs. We opted for them to deliver our furniture because our lack of proper transportation. Since that day(on or about November 29th), we contacted the store and have talked to 5 different store employees to include 2 of their supervisors in order to get information on our merchandise and its delivery. Their story has always changed as well as the circumstances off why our items haven’t been delivered as promise. When the delivery day finally arrived, 4 chairs were missing even after we called them the day before to check their availability and presence at the store. One great experience came out of all these; the employees at the delivery company they utilized were very professional, on time for their delivery and prompt with the needed assembly. By the way, a discount was also given after we called them to complaint for their service and the manager at the time was told about this review as well. This is our first bad experience we ever had with Pier One and hopefully the last one as we do love their merchandize. Therefore this rating does not reflect other Pier One stores we had visited in the past but this one in particular. Cheers and Happy Holidays!
