I came to Mattress Firm to get a new mattress (obviously…) and needed help deciding. I have severe back pain because of our current mattress. I had shopped and shopped and could NOT make up my mind. Thank God for Andy. He was so professional and patient. He had a great sense of humor and made this entire process easy and smooth for us. He made spending over $ 1000 less stressful and more comfortable. He was fantastic. I will certainly be shopping here again if I ever need a mattress again! :)

My fiancé and I decided this morning when I woke up with a sore back AGAIN that it was time for a new mattress.
We were expecting to just shop around, but I heard that the customer service here was top notch! We heard right! The store manager, Andy Potash, is the most knowledgeable and professional sales person I have ever experienced. He made it so easy and so comfortable to find the perfect mattress, that we didn’t want to get up from our lovely new choice, the Crest Hill by Simmons! He was never pushy and we are excited to have our mattress delivered so soon! On top of that, I loathe my pillow situation and they have the cooling memory foam awesomeness made by LuxLiving and ONLY available here at Mattress Firm! So, we came to the right place!
Bottom line: can’t go wrong with Mattress Firm. Especially with Andy at the helm!
