Ok, so I really enjoy the food here and my comment is regarding the hostess. I have been in several times and called ahead and spoke with a lady letting her know that four of us would be in for the lobster(we are fairly big eaters and planned on clearing the place out of 24 lobster, which we did). She said«just come in» in a condescending tone. No biggie, I just wanted to make sure they had enough on hand. Upon arrival, I asked if we could sit at two joined tables(we are big dudes and one table for 4 won’t cut it, not even the booths). She said no, only for parties of 6 or more. now it was certainly not busy and the hostess came off as rude. Of course she made no accommodations and sat us in a both next to a double table with 2 adults and four small children. All the room in the world for them. Anyway as I said before the food is really good but please allow your costumers to be comfortable with their seating even if it does not compose of a party of 6. Four big dudes=six smaller people. Thanks and I will be back.

Great experience once again. The food is great: sushi galore and the Chinese section is decent not as varied as I would like but we came primarily for sushi. One caveat: we came a little later than normal for lunch: at 3:20. Lunch is over at 3:50. At 4:00 they start putting out food for dinner(which is 12 $ more per person) and we were told that we could no longer eat anything from the Chinese food side and only a little section of sushi. So arrive earlier than 3:00 if you plan to enjoy everything. I still enjoyed my visit.

Went to this place and left after three minutes at table. Unwelcoming signs all over this place. No thanks. Food did not appear to be all that. Looked ok. Average. Definitely not worth the price. You’d think with all the food they save by people not wasting food because of their signs, that prices would be dirt cheap! Lol. No thanks! Keep your over priced food and ridiculous signs.

I’ve been here for lunch and dinner a few times on the weekend. I think for the price of the meal, the quality and service is pretty good. I usually go during peak times, so I can’t speak for what the buffet looks like at the tail end of lunch or dinner, but the sushi is constantly being made. To get sashimi and hibachi, it is extra, but I think there is enough on the buffet for sushi and hot/cold items to satisfy most people. The servers here are attentive and the host is friendly.

Came here for dinner, I was super stoked because I heard great things about this place. When we walked into the restaurant we were not greeted. The hostess did not even say please follow me, all she did was look at us and grabbed the menus. She took us to a corner seat even when there were other booths available. I was shocked. I ignored the fact that she was being completely rude. However, what really bothered me was at the end, we went up to pay for our bill and only the hostess was there. We asked her to give us some change and she looked at us and completely ignored what we said and went back to looking at her phone. Besides the rudeness from the hostess, the food was excellent and our server was super nice. She came by our table several times and it seemed like she look extra note of us because we were in a corner. Thank you for that. I give this place three stars because the food was 5 stars but the hostess attitude took away 2 stars.

Had the lobster dinner– 6 lobsters for $ 49. The buffet is pretty small, definitely no Nori Nori. That being said, they brought out pretty large lobsters each time and were relatively attentive to our table to bring out the lobsters each time we were getting finished with one(although our waters were never refilled). The interior is bizarre– looks like it used to be some casual western steakhouse and never re-designed it.

The lobster is terrible BUT the service is always good. The crab legs are usually very good and the buffet food is always fresh. Surprisingly good sushi for being buffet.

What can I say. Lunch was great. Sushi bar was all you can eat. Nice price. A large selection. I give the lmao high rating simply because of the buffet selection.

I just came here after looking at the Unilocal reviews they were mixed and I really wanted crab legs, the pictures looked good so I went. By appearance everything was nice by taste not so much. The crab legs seamed to be in between fresh and imitation and the butter was just oil. The waitress got my hibachi order incorrect. The rolls were ok the price is steep for the offerings. Unfortunately by time we walked out to the car after paying my stomach began having this turning feeling I felt I was going to regurgitate and deficate at the same time I knew I wouldn’t make it home I went back in the restaurant the smell of the place now making me sick and used the restroom. HORRIBLEEXPERIANCE. #0stars

As of 11÷17÷15, $ 10.99 for the lunch buffet, not including hibachi. 2 of us were seated at a large booth, promptly greeted for drinks, and left to make our way to the bar. The main line on the front has assorted rolls and nigiri(crab stick, tuna, salmon, snapper, shrimp), as well as cold items like spring rolls and fruit. The line then curves further back, and has the hot fried items and soup on one side and the Chinese American favorites on the other. For an additional $ 3.99 you can get hibachi made at the last counter. All the fish in the sushi tasted fresh to me. The rolls were loosely wrapped, as most lost some contents when I picked them up to eat. The nigiri was a little cold. The hot and sour soup was tasty, though not as spicy or as flavorful as I would’ve liked. Service was as expected for a buffet — drinks and water refills, checking in a few times to see if we needed anything else. All in all, A-OK.

This is a great place to go for lunch if you love sushi. The sushi is not the greatest sushi but considering that you can eat as much as you can in one visit, it is not bad at all. You can also get hibachi for an extra fee but you must order additional portions by asking your waitress after you have completed the previous order. This means you have to wait 10 minutes for them to cook it.

[Update] Answer for the owner’s comment: Thank you for your words. I wrote the review sitting at the table right after that happened. Then I left. So you may figure out when. [Original review] People are rude here. They serve sashimi in a small container with 1 or 2 pieces in order to reduce consumption of the all-you-can-it item. I took the sashimi out of the containers and left the containers beside, like everybody else had done. Then a sushi man yelled at me saying, «your table! your table!» with gestures and facial expressions. — I guessed he wanted me to bring all the sashimi containers out of his sight. I was stunned by his manner. Lost appetite. I’ll very unlikely come back here. Thank you for reading.

Great sushi buffet. Wonderful selection of fish, rolls, cooked and raw. Nice salad, hot dishes and desserts. Turn over with constant replenishment of sushi and rolls makes this one of my favorite sushi buffets.

Ok came here for lunch to decide for myself what this place is all about. The reviews are a mixed bag so here is review for 2pm lunch. Not the best time for most buffets especially ones that close at 3 to reopen for dinner. The sushi is by far superior to most Chinese buffets I’ve been to. They were made fresh constantly and had great variety and ingredients were so fresh. Even nori nori might even get a close second in my opinion. The salad bar was good and they had ginger dressing which is a plus. The vegetable spring rolls were amazing the cilantro dipped in the hoisen had an awesome flavor. Now for the not so great. The lunch meat variety was fresh the peanut chicken was good but not much selection for lunch. No teriyaki anything no general tso just sesame which sauce tasted weak like ketchup. Luckily the sushi, salad, and dessert was so good it filled me up because I would have starved to drag on the other side of the bar.

Second time here for lunch in two days!!! If you are a sushi lover, this place is for you. They have different selections of sushi, shrimp and oysters. They also have a small area buffet of regular chineese food. Sushi is very fresh! Lunch buffet is $ 10.99

False advertising, be careful! I literally drove 45-minutes out of my way to try this place when I had company. There is no lobster at the buffet, it’s $ 50 per person extra if you want to add lobster. There is no access to hibachi without asking your server first. When you get your hibachi, it’s a tiny little portion that lacks any real flavor. The place is generally nice, but the $ 20 per person is expensive for a basic cookie-cutter Chinese buffet. They seriously serve the same stuff that I think they import at really low prices. The lady filling the buffet had no idea what we were asking for. And, as I don’t speak Spanish yet(thank you Rosetta Stone), I had no idea of how to tell her the food was cold. Tip: Just go to your neighborhood all your can eat chinese buffet, you’ll regret going to this place.

This is my go-to spot for sushi, although I really need to find something I enjoy equally as much in the city. First, just want to note the hibachi is now included in the dinner buffet price($ 19.99 weekdays, $ 21.99 weekends). I’ve never been for lunch so I am unsure of the price structure/inclusions there. It’s a pretty casual, but nice atmosphere, converted years ago from a steakhouse to the buffet. There is ample parking available in the lot. I’ve always been sat very promptly, and then just head straight up to the buffet. The waiters will bring your drinks and clear your plates as necessary. I also really love the staff here, they always remember me! This is definitely, as the name implies, a sushi bar and not a Chinese buffet. They do have plenty of options on the hot bar, of which my two favorites are the pork dumpling(goza) and calamari(the calamari is fried but I pick the fried part off and it’s really tender). They have plenty of other options such as sesame chicken and soups for those that aren’t sushi fans. There is also a small salad bar with an abundance of different dressings. Although I don’t usually get it myself, there are some fun desserts, including Jello(!) and ice creams. Where this places shines is the sushi and sashimis. I really enjoy anything with a little bit of spice, and prefer the sushis that don’t have the typical avocado, and there is always something for me. I also love the sashimi, it’s always really fresh and delicious! One of my favorite items is the mussels with spicy sauce, I always go back for more! Of the hibachi, all is good but I prefer the shrimp. They all come with two sauces, a red that has a little bit of spice, and a creamy, sweeter white sauce. Man. I really have to stop writing reviews. Now I want this again and I’m hungry. Dinner anyone?

I came here for lunch during the week, and it’s a decent Asian buffet. As the name implies they focus on sushi more so than the other Asian food offerings that other Asian buffets might have available. If you’re not big into sushi and you don’t want to pay the additional money($ 3−5… I don’t remember) for hibachi, this probably isn’t the best place for you. The limited non-sushi selection is pretty standard(orange chicken, fried chicken wings, Chinese broccoli, dumplings, crab rangoon, etc.). The sushi is served cooled which is nice except for the deep fried offerings. It means that they’re not hot and crunchy, but what else are you gonna do about it when it’s a buffet. The desserts including the ice cream are pretty good. I got the chocolate ice cream, but a lot of the green tea was gone so I’m assuming the green tea ice cream must be good.

I have to give this place 5 stars for the fact that after my last experience, the Owner went out of his way to contact me and rectify the situation with an apology and an offer for a free lunch. I certainly appreciate that! After all, the sushi here is pretty good!
