All I can say is:
BEST NAIL SALON EVER ! ! !
I used to «jump» from one place to the other until I landed here… And I am never letting go! Friendly, clean, great service, if you have a problem they solve it without hesitating. I feel so at home when I go :)

At first I thought I’d love the salon. They were very friendly to when I walked in. Within an hour of leaving my SNS nails looked cloudy and grainy, not to mention the fuzz that was painted over from the dusting brush used. First it was blamed on the color powder used and then it was blamed on the original set not coming from them. My nails didn’t look grainy before here. They didn’t want to take any responsibility or even acknowledge the fact that it was how they did them. I also think it’s incredibly rude to speak in another language when all parties speak English clearly regarding the issue. I wish I had gone somewhere else and I won’t be coming back here.

I have been going to Kelly’s for several months and LOVE it! Ann does an excellent job on my SNS nails. They last long and I always receive compliments on how natural they look. I’ve had several pedicures and each one has been great! The salon is clean, everyone is extremely friendly and they truly care. I’ve referred my daughters and mother-​in-​law. They have had the same experiences as I have. I highly recommend Kelly’s Luxe Nails.

Kelly out did herself with this one. Amazing customer service, great heed to detail of perfection, relaxing atmosphere, caring people, and an environment for relaxation make this Nail salon the best I have ever been to. Good job Kelly and great staff! My fiancé,

I went in for a manicure and pedicure. I felt pressured to buy products and upgrade my services. I kept having to say no. The person who did my pedicure used one of those cheese graters on my feet. I thought they were illegal in Georgia. I won’t go back.

If you’re looking to get in and out in a hurry, this place is not for you.
If you want to relax and enjoy your mani/​pedi, then here’s a salon to try!
The owner was pleasant and checked on me several times as I waited, which included a glass of wine, so I was more than happy to sit back and enjoy the massage chair and the warm water. Mr. Le was careful in his application, which made me very happy as I got a French manicure for the first time in ages.
I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had a very pleasant experience yesterday. Walked in to a very enthusiastic greeting from the owner Kelly.
I had a deluxe pedicure by Ann and it was truly lovely. I enjoyed my pedicure from beginning to end. The salon was very clean, decorated nicely and calm, enjoyable music was playing.
I will most definitely be back soon for a manicure.

No, No, No, JUST NO! I wish you could see my manicure at a week. It looked awful after four days. I went there because of a Groupon for a mani/​pedi. When I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised at the décor. Not what I was expecting, at all. The man that painted my nails had some thicker stripes in my nails (putting it on unevenly) that I had to point out repeatedly. I still left with sub par nail polish. Also, they switched techs on me and then when I put a tip on my receipt, the receptionist got miffed when I replied that she needed to distribute when she asked me how to divide. The female tech did a nice job on my pedicure and the ambience was nice, but I left there stressed and another 45.00 tacked on to my groupon rate and PO’d that I didn’t just go to my usual nail place, where I ALWAYS leave happy.

This brand new Salon is locally owned by and established jeweler. This is a true gem in Alpharetta. Owner Kelly is attentive and professional. Mr Lee was it an artist. I highly recommend trying this salon. They offer Wine or water. Clean and well-​maintained. Kelly even a loyalty program and reports frequent visits! I have found my new salon of preference.
