I didn’t have an appointment and didn’t wait long at all, but the service I got was so poor. Had to ask for almost every nail to be corrected and still not happy. If it was cheap place I may accept it but that’s not the case. Not going back for sure…

I am so upset and regret going to this place. They were so unfriendly and didn’t even say Hi to me, especially the boss lady. I asked to have French manicure done & the guy did a horrible job, I am so embarrassed to show my nails. I had French manicure done before at a different nail salon and it looked amazing, I have no idea why that guy even works there… I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN!

I love this place! I am very meticulous and this place never disappoints, always a friendly staff, always clean, always professional. Steve takes good care of me and gives me pretty nails every time. Steve is awesome and I like that he makes me laugh. And I always ask for Mai to do my pedicures. Mai is the best, very thorough and is as equally meticulous as I am. She doesn’t rush and she never takes short cuts. Ive been going to V-​nails faithfully for nearly five years. I am a very satisfied and happy customer. 5 Stars!!! Thank you V-​nails!

I found V Nails and Spa through a Unilocal search for «eyebrow waxing».
Over the past two years, it seems as if every person who has waxed my eyebrows has messed them up. Not the case this time, and I am over the moon!
I made an appointment and was greeted by Mai, who introduced herself and escorted me to the back of the clean and nicely decorated salon.
The waxing room was comfortable, clean, and well lit. Mai took the time to look at my brows and gave me her recommendation. I agreed with her so she proceeded to wax and trim my brows. Mai took her time, making sure each side was aligned evenly. She did an amazing job — I am thrilled!
Not only will I return for my waxing, but also to check out their nail services!

The worst experience ever at a nail salon. Went in to get gel nail polish. The one lady that spoke English insisted I get a manicure and repeatedly asked if I was sure. Someone else sat down and did my nails and said they would not cut my cuticles because that would be considered a manicure, will not be going back!

I have a terrible history of picking at the skin around my nails. She gave me the terrific suggestion to use the nail file on my skin. I really appreciate it! It was a fabulous suggestion and, although, I am still working at breaking the habit, I have come further than I ever have before in ending the cycle. The experience was relaxing and refreshing. Thank you for the great service, ladies.

My wife comes here every 2 weeks to get her nails done amd she refuses to go anywhere else. The staff here are super polite, and very personal

The best nail salon i have ever been to. This place is nicely decorated and clean. The owner and staffs were friendly and welcomed me really well. The staffs here knew a lot of designs and really took their time on customers. They cleaned up their tools after using for every customers and that made me feel good about this place. Prices are reasonable for high quality products they use. So love it. I definitely come back again soon!

I am new to the area and was looking for a nice nail salon for a regular polish pedicure and a gel polish change on my hands. I brought my 5 year old daughter with me for a regular toe polish change.
I was happy to find a nail salon open on Sunday since most are not. Plus!
But it’s all down here from there…
When the girl started the process of removing my gel polish she placed my fingers in a bowl of accetone. Knowing what it takes to remove gel polish, I knew this process was not going to be very effective. I was used to cottons balls soaked in accetone, placed on my nail, and then wrapping the finger tip in foil. She continuously had to scrape and buff and soak to remove the gel polish before it started budging. I had to suggest the method I was used to. You should not have to scrape & buff gel polish to get it off. TERRIBLE!!!
Then, another girl was doing my pedicure which was ok. But when it came to the polish job, she was TERRIBLE! The polish job was bumpy and she had gotten in on my skin and it was just a messy paint job overall. The color I chose was a dark cherry red so it was very clear that it was not a good job. I ended up telling her I wasn’t happy with it (twice) and then had to ask someone else to do it. Then that lady ended up picking up a similar color, but NOT the original color I already had on the rest of my toes… ugh. So she had to go back and top coat the rest of my toes to match it… TERRIBLE!!!
Then the girl who did my daughter’s toes filed her toe nail so much that it also filed the skin near her toenail that it made her skin raw… so then applying the accetone was very painful… and it continued to hurt once we were home. TERRIBLE!!!
I will NEVER recommend this salon and I will NEVER go back myself.

So — it’s close to home. That’s a plus — it’s got new chairs/​equipment and that’s good too. This is my second visit and it seems a little impersonal — no one really greets you as you come in. I was pleased with the pedi on my first try, so I’m going to do a mani/​pedi this time.
It’s been busy each time I’ve come in, which I take as a good sign. Although I like my regular nail salon, the hours here (longer) and proximity to home means I’ll probably come here more often.

Don’t do it! The pedicures are subpar. But I was humiliated when I left and looked in the mirror. I had decided to get my eyebrows waxed, and I thought it was odd on how long it was taking. I thought she must have known I was over it, and didn’t offer a mirror. So to my horror, I saw she had literally taken all my eyebrows off and tried to fix her mistake with dark eyeshadow!!! It was a mess and I couldn’t believe she tried to hide her mistake rather than owning up to it. Stay away from this place.

I took my 11 and eight-​year-​old daughters here. They were given a modified manicure and pedicure — no cuticles, no lotion/​cream on their legs/​feet or hands/​arm, no callous removal (necessary), etc. My 11-​year-​old requested flowers on four of her nails and I was quoted $ 10 to do so. However, the technician was unable to generate flowers for more than her thumbs’ nails and had to keep removing the polish on the other two nails. The tech then resorted, without approval, to polkadots on the remaining 8 nails. Both of my daughters’ manicures were a mess — polish all over their cuticles and imperfections.
I was billed $ 40 for my 11-​year-​old and $ 25 for my eight-​year-​old. There was no special pricing for a child despite the manicure and pedicure for a child being a lesser service than an adult one. Plus the results were not satisfactory.
I’d suggest a different provider.

I am still sitting here at this salon and am NOT getting my nails done. After waiting about 15 minutes, I was told to sit in a chair and wait. Someone named Cindy (name tag) came over, asked what I wanted, didn’t even say hello and started working on my nails. She got up multiple times to work on another client and never told me once when she was getting up. I was told to put my hands in a very cold and no soap water container with debris at the bottom. I sat for at least another 15 till she finally came back. I at this point was so steamed by the lack of service that I have decided not to even get my nails done here. It’s fairly busy, so maybe I picked the wrong day but treating customers like this is no way to get repeat business.

Unsanitary! Each salon I’ve been to gets brand new equipment for each new manicure/​pedicure. They did not do this with my manicure, they got all of the tools out of the same, dusty box. For me and for the woman next to me. I couldn’t even let them finish, she filed and cut my cuticles and that’s all I could stand to let her do until I realized what was happening. I walked right out!

Rushed & Crappy! If your looking for a quality Mani/​Pedi with a good massage, this is NOT the place. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt the first and second time but this last third time was it for me! They do (did), a rushed and crappy job. I knew I should have just done them myself! :(I had nail polish on the pads and side of fingers not to mention the poor clean job around my nails! She did not even want me to take off my jewelry for my massage, she was like, ’”No No it’s fine, come on”… I said «No, I don’t like the feeling of my jewelry getting goo’d up with lotion~!» I did not even ask to further clean up for fear that she would yuck up another nail! Oh AND she was going soo fast that she yucked up 2 of my nails in the process. And I don’t know about you ladies but I do NOT like it when they (want to) do one hand whole then move onto the next hand! Nooooooo. Do the first hands one coat, then move to the second hand and repeat! To not, only ends up in thick, gooked up looking nails that take FOREVER to dry. Crap, crap and more crap. Go elsewhere! Peace out!

I am sitting in my car drying my toes because they did not dry them on their dirty machines. This place is crappy and doesn’t have a salon feeling. Everything wa done fast without care, my sweater is all in lotion and my nails look crappy. Ladies were rude and tried to do their job as fast as possible.

I really like this place. I had gone to the same place for almost 4 years, but after my second trip to V Nails… I found a new place.
They are very nice and welcoming when you walk in the door. Good selection of colors… lots of Gel colors *Highly recommend trying gel*
Chairs are comfortable. easy to get in and out of.
They keep busy, but Ive never had to wait more then 5 – 10 minutes and I dont feel like they rush me so they can do the next person.
Very Clean, tools, Supplies, work stations ect.
And they do a great job on eyebrows! :)
