Always on point! Every time I eat at the particular location they seem to have their stuff together. Fast, fresh, and delicious. Jimmy Johns is gross compared to this place. And the cool thing about this location is the people actually care about their customers!

Customer service has not gotten them any stars, but their sandwiches are consistently good, The meats and cheeses are sliced freshly, The bread is soft and tender. the restaurant is kept clean. I feel like i should have something profound to say for this to be my 200th review. I got a club with ham and turkey and bacon, and the bacon was unusually fatty, to the point I pulled it off and dissected it. The guy making the sammiches was occupied watching the ball game when we came in. He was able to multi task, which saved us the small talk… but over all the sammich was good,

The prices are parallel to a Quiznos or Firehouse Subs. I do believe Firehouse has more selections though. Nonetheless, this place was okay – not awesome but not bad as well. I had the Chipotle Cheese Steak. It was super loaded with unhealthy goodness – didn’t have to add mayo or anything like that since the sandwich was moist and delicious. I enjoyed the fact that they wrapped my sandwich in foil. So when I got back to my desk, my sandwich was still hot. I also enjoyed the fresh baked cookie – $ 0.50 a piece or $ 1 + change for 3.

I used to love this place. It’s the only Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to and they were walking distance from my house. The next one was 5 miles away. Then out of nowhere they had a couple of guys there making sandwiches with NO gloves and/or touching, register, money with gloves then using the same gloves to make your sandwich – NASTY(I of course trashed these sandwiches without a bite)! This occurred several times over a couple of months. Another time I gave my order to a different guy. I asked for light oil and vinegar and was told by the person who volunteered that he was the manager«We have to put a set amount with no exceptions» LOL what!!! I never said anything to them at the store, but after several of the above experiences I called their main office customer service line in New Jersey and told them about this. They acted not concerned or empathetic but annoyed with me, gave me a hollow, irritated apology and practically hang up in my face. This reaction left me confused then I thought: Well isn’t Jersey Sort of famous for having rude, uncouth people who are proud to be that way? Hostile, arrogance towards their paying customers contributed to the epic loss of a once lucrative world-renowned industry for their state(Atlantic City/gambling). So that reminded me — they don’t get it. Needless to say, I have not gone to any of their stores again since. Might try a different location some day, not sure. Subway is not as delicious and fresh sliced and I haven’t gone there in years since I liked how JM’s tasted better. That said I do remember that Subway’s employees were always gloved/clean, polite and made your sandwich any darn way you wanted it made with«no exceptions» to that! Isn’t this the least you should expect from a sandwich shop you’re giving your business to? Never thought I’d say this but Subway could definately school Jersey Mike’s– at least on those 3BASICS of preparing a simple sandwich for profit.

Our office placed an order in the morning for a noon delivery. After a few phone calls and a few«it’s on its way» responses we finally got our lunch 1.5 hours later. Consensus, it wasn’t even worth the wait. The chicken caesar salad uses shredded iceberg lettuce so it looks like coleslaw. The servings are small, the sandwiches are not filling and nothing to write home about. They forgot our juice and chips. Not only did we wait but we didn’t get enough food. Go to Jimmy Johns where the portions are big, the food filling and truly tasty.(My fave is the Baja Beach). They also delivery.

I have been eating at JM’s for about 12 years now. Not continuously, mind you. There have been ill-advised occasions when I grabbed a sub elsewhere. Without fail, upon leaving I think, now why did I do that? #13 on wheat, Mike’s way, no salt or oil, add sweet peppers and that tummy warming red pepper relish. I’m Robert and I approved this post.

I came here because Cuzi’s closed =(Well, relocated and it was still under renovations. Smaller restaurant and I felt a little claustrophobic. Sandwich was good. Freshly cut deli meats, good bread. They work quick, exactly what you need for a lunch hour. But, I haven’t been back and probably will only go back if I need a quick bite and am in the area.

Not as cheap as a Subway, but wtih J Mike’s you get what you pay for. The best bread(which makes the sub) and great cold cuts. My fav place to get a sub in Alpharetta, hands down.

These guys make a solid cheesesteak sandwich. Pros: 1) Variety of tasty cheesesteaks. I like the Chipotle Cheesesteak and the Big Kahuna Cheestesteak. For traditionalists you can enjoy the regular one. The Chipotle one is really tasty and unique to Jersey Mikes. 2) Quick. Order at the counter. Sub is made to order once you order it. Ready within a few minutes. Cons: 1) Not the healthiest food to eat 2) Don’t have fries

I’ve been to many a Jersey Mike’s location in the past & have always been pleased with what I was given. I usually get the Club Sub or Turkey & Provolone but today in celebration of the nice weather I decided to get something different. I tried the chipotle cheese steak. Now it seems that the hot sandwiches take a bit longer to make so after placing my order and paying for it I had to wait a few minutes. Now this wasn’t so bad the staff there is very friendly & seems to like making jokes so the time passes by quickly. What also makes the time go by is the fact that Alpharetta is an odd place. I’ve worked in GA for awhile & in many different areas but no where have I seen the work lunch crowd and the stay at home soccer home mom crowd all gather in one place. With that in mind sometimes you have to get to a restaurant early to avoid the crying kids, Sippy cups. Sometimes the soccer mom’s are out in such force you can pull up into the parking lot & think there’s an SUV or minivan convention going on. But I digress, I got my sub headed back to the office & I liked the fact that they wrapped my sub in aluminum foil. That kept it nice and hot, back at my desk I unwrapped a beautifully made sub that was not only hot but also delicious. It was pretty standard as a cheese steak goes with the grilled onions, peppers and mushrooms but the chipotle mayo gave it a bit of a kick. This maybe one of the places I visit often as I do my tour around Alpharetta.
