Also the technician did not explain the code he used to get fee for the refrigerator’s service.

I was having issues with my 10 year old Kenmore dishwasher that wasn’t draining at the end of the cycle. I called Absolute and they were able to send a technician within a matter of a couple of hours. The technician was punctual and professional. He explained the entire procedure to me from start to finish which I appreciated. He was persistent enough to try everything he could before recommending that I might have to get a new one, but continued to try several options and was able to eventually fix the issue. It now works as good as new. The price was very reasonable and I was impressed by the overall experience. I highly recommend this company.
